If I buy something with my credit card and the seller does not deliver, I can dispute the charge, have my money back and the credit card company has all the data about the seller and they can go against him. The answer is very simple. Don't do business with sketchy businesses! I buy things online everyday, and have never had to dispute a charge, because I don't buy from people that everyone else says is running a scam!

Bitcoin is more comparable to Dollars, not Credit Cards. When Bitcoin becomes successful, Credit Cards will offer the same benefits for Bitcoins that they do for Dollars.
