Nonsense. Being new is just fine as long as you dont start promoting or offering some product or service for which there is no evidence.
The exact same logic applies to old accounts just as well, I cant speak for everyone, but I dont discriminate between potentially sold accounts and new accounts.

I'm not saying everyone does, don't get me wrong, but you have to see how hard it is for new people coming in, when people immediately assume you scam if you have low rep and they disagree with you.
