Your best bet is localbitcoins.com if your going to use Paypal, that's what I have had to do. Then I trade on here using other methods to build rep.

Thats because no one wants to take a risk on PayPal. Look at cash deposits, they are 3-4% above market, fair price. Withdraw your balance from PayPal or go to your local bank and get your $500 and buy from LBC. Quick and fast.
