Options on your account were disabled, as well as on your other accounts - having multiple account in order to circumvent the rules is prohibited, and specified in the rules measures were applied.
The total sum of your withdrawals already exceeds the deposited amount, so refund is no longer required - you are in profit after all.

We can't disclose any sensitive info, even these hashes from the case above were shown under the pressure and still didn't have much affect.
Only indirect arguments could be shown, but there ain't much of them. We should wait until a cheater made something sloppy like using the same wallet address for his transactions on different accounts and show it, until then we use our own trackers that help us to spot them, and that info already can't be disclosed.

That's easier to understand when you don't look at 1xBit as at the regular casino — only few companies offer valuable promotions and full anonymity at the same time.
There is always will be a person who wants transparency, and a person who don't want to be named. From our side we can only show what we have.

any update? I checked your history and saw that they replied to one of your post saying that they are investigating/reviewing the Issue. it's been three days have they contacted you again? have they refunded anything? or have they decided to close the case because they deemed the issue to be solved?

This issue is already being investigated by the request received on TrustPilot. The answer will be posted soon.

PS. We are not sure what these pics should prove, you took these screenshot right after won bets, which were placed bets on small local markets. Doesn't really look like a proof.
