Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ?

That's why governments are reluctant to introduce bitcoin to their communities Because bitcoin is decentralized  can not be controlled. Let alone anonymous makes people invisible in bitcoin And it helps the corruptors later on

Yes, it helps them to carry out corruption with the help of bitcoins, thereby developing both the currency and corruption.

Re: Why not government create new law for dead people with crimes to serve ???

I think it's stupid. It is better for such people to apply the death penalty with prolonged torture, so that they suffer during life. After death, they do not care what happens to their body.

No. Bitcoin can not be stable, because it is not controlled by anyone and depends only on user activity.

Re: Bitcoin or gold?
by

In my current state, I would have to choose gold. That is purely because I don't have much Bitcoin and gold is very stable. My answer may change in the future.

If there are not enough funds, it is better to keep them in gold, because it will never depreciate. Bitcoin seems to me only suitable for quick profits.

I don't smoke weed because it is illegal in my country if you get caught you going to jell but i want to grow weed in my backyard as experiment.

We also have illegal smoking of grass, but also growing. So I do not risk trying this. In another country there can be.

Enceladus really found good conditions for life. We need to conduct research and populate a new planet.

Why you want to populate another planet? The humans have destroyed the earth with all the pollution and deforestation. IMO, we should never colonize Enceladus. That planet must be reserved for the non-human species.

Man destroyed all the beauty of nature on earth and he is already not interested, you need to capture other people's planets and destroy everything there, or the aliens somehow live wrong Grin

This is a sect of such very cunning people who want to fraudulently get a lot of money and rule the whole world. Many attribute to them some mystical actions supposedly connected with the devil himself to always be in abundance.

Re: What Donald Trump Can Do With North Korea - Melania Is In New York Now

Amazing people you are Russian. How can it be so that the life becomes worse, and the economy is growing. I guess you're just victims of propaganda. Sanctions do not act immediately, but they start a destructive tool and you will feel a few years after they are canceled. Unless of course they cancel. The Russian behavior is very similar to the behavior of North Koreans. Maybe because they are also Communists?

Have you ever been to Russia? The western media paints a picture of Russia where the parents struggle to feed their children. Come out of the media mirage. If you want to see such scenarios, then you don't need to go too far. As per the latest reports, close to 60% of the Ukrainians are starving.
I am very often in Ukraine and Russia. If you compare the standard of living in the big cities the fact is it is a little higher than in Ukraine, but if you compare the standard of living in small towns and villages that people live better in Ukraine. Besides, the prices for food in Ukraine are lower and there is no hunger. I don't know how to conduct such research in the UN, but it seems to me that they are not correct.

Yes, they give false information. In Russia and Ukraine there are many natural resources for the cultivation of animals and plants, they simply can not starve. I would rather believe that in Africa they are starving.

Re: People selling alts to go back in BTC
by
21kevin21
on 18/04/2017, 12:32:17 UTC
I think that one of the very important reasons why we may see people dumping their alts and going back for bitcoins, is that there is not so small possibility for hard-fork to happen.
In the moment of fork, every bitcoin holder would still have his bitcoins ( BC-bitcoin core ) but also, he would gain the other bitcoins ( BU ).
That is why people dont want to miss their chance, to hop in also into BU without even big effort. All they have to do, is hold their funds stored in bitcoin,  to also jump on other ship, with different cryptocurrency.

It is not strange at all for me, after all, people want to diversify their wallets, which is a very good move for every investor/trader.

Yes, you need a bit of variety to earn. It's stupid to keep all the funds in one cell when you can try something new and make good money on it in a short period of time.

by

There is a chance that we may go below $1,000 once more. One of the largest exchanges (Bitfinex) is in trouble, and if a meltdown occurs there, then we can expect the exchange rates to crash.

Of course it's sad, but you need to be prepared for everything. This is not the best year for bitcoin growth.

Re: Number of Bitcoin users.
by

on 18/04/2017, 12:11:31 UTC
I have a doubt. Should we call someone getting BTC0.001 or BTC0.0001 once in a while from various faucets and tips as a Bitcoin user? Where are we going to put the line?

That's a valid Q indeed.

Yes, there are allot of people even here who just get some Satoshi once in a while from signature campaigns, and convert it to fiat as soon as possible. Are they Bitcoin users?
And we can't find an accurate number of Bitcoin users using the wallets or transactions.

People who receive several Satoshi sometimes do not even understand what Bitcoin is and why it is needed. I do not consider them bitcoin users.
Real users are consciously aware of bitcoin and are aware of its advantages

Yes, they do not understand all the advantages of this currency, because they simply do not have it. You can not earn something for a few satoshs.

Re: Make money from money

It seems to me that bitcoin is the best currency to earn on the course. The price is not very stable and fluctuates constantly in different directions. It is possible to earn and gain experience for the transition to earnings in other currencies.

Yes, you can learn how to earn money on bitcoin. But it is suitable for short-term investments, because it is very unstable and no one can tell exactly what will happen to it in a few years.

Re: Daily use of bitcoin?
by
21kevin21
on 17/04/2017, 10:13:57 UTC
It would be very convenient to have the opportunity every day in any place to be counted by the bitcoins. In our country there is no such opportunity, only through the Internet it is possible to make purchases.
The same happens in my country there are no stores that accept payments in bitcoin and even in stores where you could expect to find more modern and informed people like in stores that sell hardware for computers we are unable to pay with bitcoin and people have not even heard about bitcoin at all.

If you are not able to shop with bitcoin in your country, you can do something.
You can shop with your bitcoin at your friends workplace. You can offer people to make payments with bitcoin.

How can you actually do that?
You move to your friends country to do bitcoin shopping?

How can you offer people to make payments in bitcoin when you're not selling anything?
Really , what is with those suggestions?

I think he meant that if one of our friends works in a shop that sells products that you offer to pay them in bitcoin instead of using fiat, but unless they are the owners of the shop then they are probably not going to accept bitcoin at all in the shop.

Merchants will start accepting bitcoins as a mode of payment only if the people around them are aware about bitcoins and are willing to pay in bitcoins and if none is aware about bitcoin then there is no point in accepting bitcoins as a payment method.

Conversely, advertising in stores that can be paid using bitcoins will attract more users and introduce them to this currency.

Re: I hate Cryptocurrency
by

on 17/04/2017, 09:08:10 UTC
Truth be told, I feel similarly about the stock, currency, and commodities markets.

To me, everything that is available to the consumer comes from the work of the manual laborers. The people who truly work to make services and products available through menial tasks.
You are right there is very little difference between currency, commodities or stock market.
It is all one method to make money out of nothing, but we can't exactly do anything about it.
Concept of cryptocurrency is amazing - but as always there will be people who would like to exploit it to make fast money.
And there will be sheep who will follow them baited by promise of profits too. It is vicious and never ending circle.
Stop supporting crap altcoin, focus only on serious projects, help bitcoin grow - this is what we can do to stop this altcoin idiocy.

Altcoin can only play a little for variety and short-term investments. The main and more profitable currency is of course bitcoin. We need to develop and improve it.

Had they legalized weed, then less number of people could have taken the dangerous opiates and other hard drugs. Many thousands of lives could have been saved. But unfortunately, the pharma cartels will not allow that.

This is a personal choice of each person. They and without legalization in some countries get the grass or heroin. Personally, I do not want to be a drug addict and slowly decompose because my mind is stuffing something.

Re: How do you feel about the death penalty?
by

The death penalty is an immoral way of solving the situation and an indication that violence is good. We need to re-educate the criminals with correctional labor.
