But indeed it is 95% premine, in the short POW phase miners can generate 380,000 CG + 8,400,000 CG from the premine it is a total supply of 8,780,000 CG and 8,400,000 is the 95% of 8,780,000.
The only way to get the 5% from the ANN is to make the calculation against the MAX_MONEY variable, but MAX_MONEY is about the transaction limit not the total supply.

I am not doing the sums, however, the coin count goes up via staking at 30%. It is not a PoW. At 100,000 blocks, the figure given by welshy, the premine percentage sounds about correct.
If he is giving much of the sum away, he cannot even stake so much.
Honesty, the majority of non-developers have no clue at the cost of introducing an altcoin. Pay his hosting, pay his pool fee, give hime the 0.05 or whatever for buying the coin. Give him what he would have paid at coinmaret.io, will probably pay yobit, and any other exchange.

deberias ver un mensaje como este en la consola
ahora puedes cerrar putty y minerd deberia seguir corriendo puedes volver a loguearte para revisar si efectivamente esta corriendo
