Well, if you are truly an official representative I must ask. Do not you think those negative tags you have could affect the trust gamblers may have on this platform and you as representative of it? Perhaps you do not care about those, but if I were you i would have tried to chat with those who tagged you to try to get neutral tags instead, before opening this ANN.

I work for Cryptoplay.io, I am hired to represent them on bitcointalk.org. The good reputation was earned by the brand before I opened the topic. Certainly, the negative tags are not good, but they have nothing to do with Cryptoplay.io. When the tags were opened Cryptoplay.io did not exist.
It is nice having a new casino here. I must applaud the casino for the graphics and UI. It is unique and with a touch of excellence. To be frank the design is a top notch but I was curious to ask OP one question. How would you explain yourself to members here if the inquiries into your profile begins. Do you not think the tag on your account could cause a doubt on the credibility of this casino you have brought here. On a normal, accounts with red tag are automatically termed scammers and here you are introducing a casino with such account what do you think members here would see you as.

To be honest, the tags appeared shortly after I opened this topic. Before that, I did not see them (look at the below screenshot).

When there is someone who has experienced it, it needs to be avoided because this is indeed the beginning of the fraud they started, I also saw that both BetKing and VerveCasino gambling sites were in the allegation thread that meant both were problematic and now they send an email with the lure of the bonus they get . Oh no if one day there will be more victims.
This is my first time interacted with this casino. At first sight I like it, simple and intuitive design. I haven't tested the games yet and what offer but I will try soon. Is the actual design and site offered by the game providers?

You can't buy BFG from the auction, you can only sell your BFG for BTC.

After a while they realized that people that gamble under 50 cents are not profitable, it is just extra work that doesn't provide much profit, so they started to get the whales, they were the only big place anyway so all whales were there, so they just gave up on small gamblers and focused on that. I am quite happy to say that I am finally happy to play somewhere else, wolf.bet is so much different, they are definitely 100x better for people who gamble with smaller amount of money.
I partially agree with you. Stake does tend to focus on whales more than small gamblers just like other crypto casinos for obvious reasons, but they don't ignore small gamblers completely based on my experience.Wolf.bet is definitely better in comparison in this area. I just tried to access my account from Belgium with no problem only some providers are not available there

Or can't you access the site at all? If you received an email a few days ago then I think it's still a problem with your account and try sending support if you can't open an account, but if there's a problem with access then it's necessary with a VPN.
