This is what I think is obvious. If a company is legally registered, it is regulated simply by Costa Rica law.

As far as I'm aware there is no such thing as an actual license. The Costa Rican government can give you permission to provide sports betting services from Costa Rica but there is no 'license' ever issued.

I deposited $800 and managed to turn it into around $5000. I ran hot on my big bets. I am not surprised they want to stop me withdrawing as it's a big hit to a new book, and from what some one mentioned to me, this book probably does not even have that much money to send to me. So in a way I had some sympathy at the time, but I have none now as they communicated with me on one occasion and have completely ceased since.

How do you define inappropriate comments? When I look at the post archives, I see that some legitimate questions were asked here, such as from the players to whom you refused to pay their winnings. As Bitinity said, you have to change your behavior on this forum if you don't want a negative trust rating that can't be censored. Is that what you want?
