The support team have now found that there is indeed a display bug which occurred when the game provider system of the game you were playing had a delay in sending us the result (it took over 20 seconds in this case) - and this resulting in your active promo going into a problematic state. When you returned to the withdrawal screen the bug caused the screen to show no available funds to withdraw (which is because you just had promo funds in this problematic state).

The team are currently working on a fix for this which will be pushed to the live system once it is thoroughly tested.

Clear case of multiple duplicate accounts abusing the free promos.

They used "clever" techniques to avoid usual detection, but made several mistakes and got caught by out systems. We have reviewed the case and confirm abuse.

User has now been blocked from the site.

Note that this account is overall in profit on 8bet.io so we do not see a need for any further refund or compensation.

Case closed.

Sigh, we get a lot of this kind of fraud.... especially as 8BET does give away a lot of free spins and free money to its users.

It is usually not worth the time of the team to deal with these scammers - as the team focuses on our valued community members.

So here are the facts.

This account was NEWLY create just to take advantage of 75 free spins that was sent PRIVATELY to existing users only (so there is no way this account got the offer as it was created after and never sent the comms). At the same time they created several other accounts using various methods to hide from our duplicate account checks (but they were still picked up by our systems).

They deposited a TINY amount actually LESS THAN $0.01, a tiny fraction of 1 SOL to make a claim that they "made a deposit"... it was NOT 12 SOL that they deposited but 0.012 SOL - the link to the Solana explore posted by OP below shows that (contradicting the amount they claimed).

These sorts of scammers waste the time of the team and are actually STEALING from our valued community - as these offers and freebies are intended to go back to rewarding the community, NOT to be taken advantage of in this way. We will continue to defend our community from this.

@SerhiyN3 was flagged by the system for multiple user accounts with same profile all claiming multiple free promos (many many free lotto tickets, many many free spins and free money promos). To put this in context, @SerhiyN3 account has been active for many months with only freebie claims (many many of these), just the one deposit made recently, and withdrawn similar amount to deposit (about $8).

Unfortunately we do have many fake users who are just trying to use 8BET for freebies only, many of them making multiple accounts to try to make even more profits - and so the system has multiple safeguards and protections against these types.

In good faith, we will ask the support team to clear this user's withdrawal despite the flags of multiple accounts, and their funds will be released. However we will respectfully ask this user @SerhiyN3 to no longer play at 8BET and will no longer be welcome to the regular freebies.

As a colleague explained on our live chat, it looks like the problem was with one of your old deposits from a while back, which our system was showing unconfirmed - but in reality the transaction had in fact confirmed on the blockchain. Our tech team has found that somehow there were two identical transactions created in the mempool when our system picked up the transaction - since we credit on 0 confirms we read transactions directly from the mempool. Somehow this duplicate transaction got our system confused and it did not correctly update the confirms for this transaction.

The standard minimum withdrawal is 2 mBTC, as it has been this way for many years.
Some promos will have different terms, so if the term is that the MAX withdrawal is less than 2 mBTC, the withdrawal minimum is dynamically reduced to match this (say it is 50 free spins, with a max withdrawal of 1 mBTC, then the minimum withdrawal for you will be 1 mBTC - of course it must be, as MAX cannot be less than MIN). It is not, actually. 45 mBTC in your case is just 15x playthrough on the deposit+match (total 3 x 15 = 45), as many regular players on this forum will tell you 15x is actually quite a low playthrough for a generous match bonus.

Also consider that with your balance of 4.61, that playthrough on roulette (the game you chose to play) or any other is gone through within minutes of normal play. This is less than 100 spins at 0.5 mBTC per spin for example, or 200 at half that.

Let me also do the calculations for you and show why even this 45 mBTC playthrough puts you as the player at an advantage.
I see you choose roulette as your game of choice, so we can use that as the example. The house edge on roulette is 2.7% as you can find quite easily (eg. on Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roulette#House_edge).

So wagering 45 mBTC on Roulette at a 2.7% house edge means that the expected loss (on average) would be 45 x 2.7% = 1.215 mBTC
Therefore your expected balance (on average) after completing the playthrough should be 4.61 - 1.215 = 3.395 mBTC, which is well more than double what you deposited!
