Has anyone else been having bitcoin withdrawal issues from ACR this week?
I requested my first withdrawal in some time from them, and did not get a confirmation via email. Live chat and telephone support were down too, so I got a little worried. I emailed support and got a response after a few hours that my withdrawal had been deffered. Here is the exact text they sent me:
Please be kindly informed the status of your payout is under Deferred, which means that your request is still waiting for reviewing! Just need to wait until our cash out department check, and you cash out request. Please keep in mind this usually takes around to 24-72 business hour to be approved.
After a little while I logged in and I saw the funds had been credited back to my account.
So I played a little, and lost a little, and requested another withdrawal. I have not the email confirmation which they claim to send when you request a withdrawal for a 2nd time. I sent an email to support a while back and still have not heard back from them.
I'm officially worried about ACR... and I just signed up for their affiliate program a couple weeks back.

As an update, ACR did not honor my multiple withdrawal requests. They kept returning the funds to my account coming up with stupid excuses and new rules as to why they would not honor my withdrawal. As far as I'm concerned, do not deposit on a site that causes multiple issues when you try to withdraw. I've given up on my $500 balance and played it away. I agree with the previous poster and this is a scam site now. Screw playing in a $5 million dollar bogus tourney when they cant even afford to pay out a small $500 witdhrawal. I learnt my lesson and am leaving negative trust for the OP of this thread due to their affiliation with a scam site that does not honor withdrawals and has deceptive withdrawal policies. Plus there has been no update from the OP, so I assume they are compliant with the scams. I encourage people who have been scammed by this site to do the same. If the OP responds I will update this thread.
Another factor in leaving negative trust is the fact that telephone support and live chat do not currently work. This is probably due to an exit scam that may be pending.
Please apologize for the delay in my response, I will be more than glad to look into this for you, please provide me your screen name in order to investigate, waiting to help you further.
To comply with the minimum withdrawal have to comply with preconditions? or is it only verified by some admin of the site? since if it is removed I imagine that they should be without problems, in order to speed up the processes of entry and exit of money.
