This sounds very tempting. Do we need to send coins to a wallet in this application to run masternode, or is there also possible to run could MN with could wallet setup?
Currently the Flits App does not offer cold wallet setup for MNs and does require depositing coins on the application to run the MN.

When update wallet to 3.1 version, do we need to delete all old files and sync wallet from the beginning, or it's enough just to change wallet-qt file?

CryptoBridge had disabled deposits and withdrawals for all PIVX related coins as well as additional masternode and pos V3 coins. This was done as a precautionary measure on behalf of their exchange due to a newly discovered vulnerability related to fake stakes/block spam in POS.
Although it is highly recommended to be using the latest version wallet, this upcoming wallet update will not be mandatory.
The non-mandatory wallet update to resolve the fake stakes/block spam vulnerability has been implemented and is currently being tested.
The Version 3.0.1 wallets should be made available within the next 24 hours. Download links will be made at that time.
