I dont know if any of top 100 coins can get X100 in just one year, but alts from the lower rank with cheap prica can do it.

Maybe agree with you, but not totally. I saw projects that entered ICO marketplace with mentioning their hardcap but without any softcap. That means they will develop the project no matter how much they will collect.
Those who can't finish ICO on softcap stage - I think this is better. If they can't advertise project and pay investors' attention to themselves than what they can do later if they develop the project?
