I don't know why his withdrawals are fast. My payment is pending since 1+ month, I contacted Bitmedia a few days ago, they said: "We are doing traffic check for all publishers". I guess this should also take atleast 1-2 months like their other works

Nice to see you made the shortener from scratch regardless of most other shorteners out there using adlinkfly script 
I think it would be better to have 10 views per IP and maybe increased CPM? 20 views are quite a lot IMO.
Anyway it's just a suggestion. Very nice site you made there, user friendly admin page
PS: Ads are not showing on mobile phone unless switch to 'Desktop mode'

There are 3 ip click limits for 1 link.

That's really not new, I see 60% shortlinks use plus sign when writing views count

Guys do you still receive payments from this? It's been almost 3 days and my last withdraw says green "SENT" but nothing has been received on wallet. Neither I can check on a tx id since the dashboard doesn't provide any. Previous withdrawals during summer were ok.

This site is also scam. My 1/3 payment from previous month was marked as complete but not paid , I contacted admin for this and he said it will auto pay on 15 th October for sure.
Now after that I have pmed him multiple times and he is ignoring my pms. Look at his last post and last active time. He is active.

I do not have much knowledge in mining, although I may be quite an expert in Python, HTML, CSS, JS with experience of 3+ years in both software and web development. I joined crypto earlier this year, bit late though
Few months ago I made this site, Swift Mining (BT Thread) which pays its users for web and console mining which is currently powered by WebMinePool. Over the past few months i have paid over 0.7 BTC with no or very less profit. I have currently ~60kh/s and i wish to expand my services with my own mining pool. But I do not know where to start. I tried googling to see if I get any guide which explains how things work but unfortunately couldn't find sufficient knowledge.
I saw this thread but it seems quite old. Don't know if this still works with the latest cryptonight v8 ?
If anyone has a link to a guide which would take me to right path to open a pool without much of hassle.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Still counting about 27% views for me 
Even though i send only 8 views / IP
I cant speak for the shortener since Im a user myself, but have you compared it to other shorteners? If you for some reason have a lot of bad traffic, it isnt really the shorteners fault... Even though i send only 8 views / IPIm not saying its one way or the other, but its important to look at the big picture and do some comparisons.
All other shorteners count at least 70% views for me. I ban all proxies and such "bad traffic".
