The main question is: which actions is possible to take in such situation to influence on YoBit team, when there is even no answer on any requests? Really tricky situation

As far as we heard from our community members, that there is not much explanations at all and no answers on any e-mails or support requests.

I am saying that already 1000-th time: Akaiito has nothing to do with listing on YoBit. We got to know that info through our community members and have been surprised more over than anyone, cause our ICO has been still ongoing on that moment, so listing is realistically not even possible. If You will check smart contract on YoBit for that fake AIC, then You will see that contract has been created only 2 weeks ago and there is just generated out of nowhere 200 billions of AIC. Obviously, it is not real AIC. We try to contact YoBit, but we get no answers from them. In all official Akaiito sources is mentioned, that YoBit listing of AIC has nothing to do with Akaiito, so please be aware and don't spend Your money on fake.
Now I would love to ask You the reasons why You are allowing Yourself to name Akaiito fraud. What is the base for such words? Would be amazing, if You can bring out the facts, otherwise it is just disrespectful attitude based on nothing.

Well, that quite easy: if YoBit listed someone pretending to be Akaiito with AIC token, then it means, that they haven't checked is the company properly and listed fake company. Is it legal? Is it right? For money every fake can be listed? Well, we are against it.

Why YoBit should take legal steps against Akaiito?

Why Akaiito should compensate money in case when someone is doing scam and faking out AIC token? If there will be 100 fake AIC's, would You recommend to compensate all? Sorry, I don't see logic in that.

Akaiito is making a lot of work and getting contributions for Akaiito platform development. We are not collecting money for fun, we are collecting money for platform release.

We are contacting YoBit with our lawyers, but there is not response. Hard to say so far how to solve this kind of situation, but we are searching for the ways.

We feel really bad for users who has spend the money for fake AIC and we are very happy, that some of users has been contacting us before doing any actions and therefore saved their money by not buying fake AIC.

Why we are always sharing GitHub link? Simply cause there is all the information collected in one Smart Contract. We found it more reasonable and convenient, but if it is not clear, then we can share addresses for Etherscan separately.

Generated tokens amount: logic of our smart contract works the way that tokens are getting generated only when they are bought. When tokens are bought in ETH, then they are generated immediately; when tokens are bought in BTC, LTC or Fiat, tokens will be generated after ICO end. This is the reason why tokens generated amount on website and on Etherscan are different. On the website token amount is total, which are consisting all contributions (ETH, BTC, LTC and fiat).

Our token name is AKAI (AIC). Why we have double name? Our initial ticker for coin is AIC, but when we have been preparing for ICO we found out that there is other company with the same coin ticker. We didn't know will this company go to exchanges or not, therefore we made a back up name as AKAI, cause if they will go with AIC on exchanges (which they definitely have right to do), then we will use AKAI, if no then we definitely will go with AIC.

Smart contract with 200,000,000 tokens is not ours, this contract is generating fake AIC tokens and they are trading on YoBit. We are trying to solve the situation, but unfortunately YoBit is not responding to our requests.

ICO has started, it will finish in 1 day, but as You know while we are on ICO, there is no trading possibilities. We haven't been giving any permission to YoBit for the listing of AIC token. So, smith what is traded on YoBit currently and called AIC has nothing to do with Akaiito and real AIC.
