I have no verification at all. EV writes "name mismatch", basic - "no public record match". If I ask for closing account, will they send all my money to adress I`ll write?

Same problem. I had a fake name in basic verification, and they closed withdraw at all. I was forced to upload my documents and selfie and ofc I got name mismatch. Im still waiting for their response, but nothing...
