Currently using my phone and pc now. I upgraded mine to level 4. We thought it's a good way to earn extra money so I'm planning to get her to join using her own mobile and laptop. Oh she's going to use different bitcoin wallet as well under her own name.
Hopefully the OP/Admin will respond to this. I don't want to get ban or my account to be lock.
If every time you collect, she collects, that's highly suspicious of one person. If I made the game, I'd watch for stuff like that in an auditing script. If you are both acting independently, even better if on different computers/phones/tablets, then you might be safe. Different fountain sites have different definitions of what they consider a human. And if you payed to play, having those longer collection times, I think it's even safer as the times could be spread out further apart. Using the same device for both accounts can get confusing and pop up as a nice red flag to ban. I hope people use common sense here as this is very fun.

How to not get banned:
I think the outage was handled perfectly. If you have DNS issues, open DNS servers often are much better.
- Play on one bitcoin address
- Allow time for eating and sleeping
- Do not use IP hiding services, since other people will use those services too, and it will seem like two+ people on one IP
