My chips for HEX4M are in Sophia for a month now and I cannot get any answer from you. Last message shows it was delivered to broker, but no updates since then. My order is still shown as unpaid (shall be paid by chips).
I am very worried as I don't know what is happening and if you have received or going to receive chips for my order.

The DHL page status is their mistake.
I however dii not goet confirmation from BA or Minersource wich chips are in there.
Mostly because this sending are direct BA orders and there is no list inside the sending and I did not get mail from them.

Anybody who can help, please do so. I have support ticket unanswered for weeks and have contacted Black Arrow representatives via personal messages on this forum. They have logged in but never gave any comments. There is a war in my country and I need answers regarding order status very fast.
