Total bullshit, if you remembered the CEO and team every time they updated and introduced a new version of teloscoin wallet they never released the wallet on time.
The CEO and team did not release a new wallet to the community because they claimed they needed to stabilize the blockchain network, stabilize the masternode and pos. During this period (there were always delays of a few weeks) they were mining teloscoin themselves with little difficulty (little masternode and staking).
