It is new in the hiring industry but bots and AI are already being used in different fields and can even act exactly like human. Taken for example Sophia and Angela. I personally was able to spak with Angela as one of my friends have it in their house. It is so amazing to know that AI like angela can answer almost all questions i asked her and can even perform tasks like singing ang reciting poems better than humans (singing actually was not her). What I am trying to say is, we cannot underestimate the capability of an AI specially right now that technology is getting more and more advance.

Well, I believe that there are still qualities in human that AI do not possess. If Trustlogics will entrust for example the whole process of recruitment to AI, that will be a disaster. Well, AI doesnt have commonsense, doesnt have emotions, cannot evaluate and weigh circumstances based in intuition and commonsense. They are can only perform according to how they are programmed by humans who manage them.
I strongly agree that theee are still qualities in human that they can not perform although using an AI means less human error.  The picture will be like this...whatever is programmed for an AI to do, they will do it with perfection, while if there arises a diffent  situation or case aside from what is being programmed to the AI, there will be a lot of error or disaster while in humans, they can handle the case because they can thinknof uoright sooution unlike the AI, they are just dependent on the programmed they have been fed.
Yes, I agree with what you've just said.AI may do its assigned tasks perfectly as how it is programmed. But humans' intellect as to outright decision making when it comes to some case to case basis could fall short on this. Perhaps, that is why it was stated that recruitment automation will "augment" and "enhance" human recruit abilities, not to replace them completely. They will still have to check and think on ways how to improve their recruitment with their strategies in terms of persuasion and candidate engagement.

Well, not all website are secure, if i upload my profile in an unsecured platform other people will not suffer but only me. My identity could be stolen and someone may reproduce another account similar to mine and just steal my details.
This is what I definitely like about TrustLogics, they keep on amazing me, well, I already know that they are promoting the security of the files of job seekers,  it upon looking at this graphics, how they presented it, it is really an eye catching.  In a project especially with huge competition, everything matters.
This is why Trustlogics have been created in a new standard that would get back the control in the hands of jobseekers to secure their datas. And in this platform, jobseeker will have the full control to whom they would allow their data to be accessed.

What I like most about Trustlogics is that personal data of jobseeker are secured by blockchain technology
and that personal data is owned and controlled by the users that access to it can only be granted by the users
themselves. In this way, their personal data will be safe from those platforms who uses them for monetization
and more so from identity theft.

Very well stated! And truly I agree! With Smart City Eco's project,I'd say SCE token is worth having for as it shows multiple use of it with their multimarket platform.I believe SCE tokens demand will increase as SCE platform is made available to users.

Sometimes it is more better to keep your profile limited to its audience but since you are looking for a job so you must keep it viewable to everyone so potential recruiters will be able to see it.

You need to make your profile visible if you are looking for a job, if you keep it private no one will see it but you yourself alone so there will never be chance for you to be noticed by recruiters and there will be no purpose for the platform in you side. You better make a profile in facebook if you dont have any plan of finding a job.

There should always be an option and besides privacy settings is important and it will make thing efficient as well.  A job seeker can limit their audience depending upon their preference, for example they opted to accept jobs only locally, or to something like, those who doesnt like to be relocted. I am interested to know this as well. Based on my understanding this should have at least a value that can be spent or traded but I think this will still depend on the progress of the project related to the said AATL. I think this will be similar to a regular ICO but instead of doing a full set of campaign you just need to register with ARIZN and use the platform for crowd funding. In this way it will cost lesser and a certain degree of trust and security is achieved by both the proponent of the project and their supporters or funders.

Has anyone heard anything from the developers or even any representative from the developers side? Do they have a telegram where we can ask questions directly? I think a project that offers Transparency and Accountability should also be ready to participate in discussion on this thread. Wow, nice thinking there. In regular business, actually one of the ways you can check if they are legit are their business permit. Because securing a business permit needs a lot of requirements of the owners for their identity or whatsoever so just in case someone complains, they can easily know the where about or the identity of the owner and then can file a case.
In cryptocurrency i hope they can also things similar to this as their identity for the legitimacy of their business.
i understand your concerns with regards to legitimacy of such businesses but as far as Arizn is concerned, this has been existing since 2011, and now in my opinion, its either doing a relaunched to have a bigger audience or maybe they are reviisng some concept of the original one and added some features so that is why i think we don't have to worry of it's legitimacy.
