Second, one thing to watch for is transactions getting forked out of existence. I know when I was auditing my payouts, I found several transactions that no longer existed because of being on the wrong branch of a soft fork. However, for each forked transaction I found, I also found a replacement transaction from the pool making sure I got my earned coin. Had a different transaction ID though. I'd look and see if that tx is still in your payout history, and if not, if there's a different transaction of the same value paying you out.
Yes, maybe, but i know how it's work. Right now pool hide reward without any transaction when payout threshold was reached.
Message Xiphon on the pools contact form; I've gotten faster responses that way. Hope it gets resolved for you.
And yes, I'd like better/more in depth reporting, but nothing I've seen so far has concerned me overly.

One other feature I'd like to request: I have a lot of hash power to throw around; enough to cause distortions to the nethash and pool hash when I point at something. I try to keep my share of nethash at reasonable levels for myself, but I don't know what your comfort level for the poolhash/nethash ratio is. If you had a way to say if the pool was approaching your comfort threshold (or that you wanted an individual miner to back the power off), it would make me much more comfortable. I'd much rather work with you on managing hash power than work against you and risk getting banned from the pool.

Can we get some details on the operation of the api? I'm trying to audit some of my mining activities, but the payout history currently provided doesn't go back far enough to resolve the issues I'm having reconciling my records with the pool. The error's definitely in my records (given that I've already spent some of the mined coin that I don't have accounted for), but I need to be able to account where each coin came from.
I know earlier in the thread you said you weren't sure it was ready for live use yet, but I'd rather have access to my account data so I can get records tied down. Thanks
