Any idea here from someone what we could do? Perhaps it is possible if we spread these news to the whole community then cryptonator (ore the bot or one man show behind cryptonator) will react?
Or so that at least as many people avoid Cryptonator in the future and no longer fall for this trap.

Scam Report

Hi all,

This problem was posted from me 3 weeks ago here on bitcointalk in another thread, but I definitely wanted to open this thread with scam report format.
If this new topic is not desired, please close or merge posts.

What happened:
I did not receive my purchased 22,488.53646900 dogecoins via litebit.eu on https://www.cryptonator.com since 2017-12-22.
More information in additional notes below.

The following proofs are also 3 weeks old, nothing changed so far.

Amount Scammed: 22,488.53646900 Dogecoins

Payment Method: Purchase on LiteBit.eu (LiteBit is ok!)

Additional Notes:

I have purchased 22,488.53646900 dogecoins via litebit.eu and have transferred them directly to my cryptonator Wallet. Usually (about 10x before) this worked without any problems. Through such a problem you get to know the real side of a service provider.
Errors happen, but dealing with this problem is a disaster at Cryptonator. No response to support requests since December 24th except for the auto-generated response for ticket opening.
Not even a short answer with an apology for taking longer or something like that, nothing. An initial answer would have been enough for me to make me "feel better".
There's nothing you can do, just hope they're still coming forward and fix the problem.

Meanwhile I have about 15 replies from me to these tickets but not a single one from Cryptonator.
I think they either ignore my requests because they know they stole those coins. Or, even worse, they don't have any support at all and it's just lucky that the site works so well at all (Bots, Automation etc.).

I have also opened a ticket at litebit.eu. Litebit.eu has answered my question directly, apologized to me and logically told me that you can't do anything here and it's up to Cryptonator.

Cryptonator is definitly a scam site.

Advice from me:

Lesson for me: First test such online services over several weeks (send only small sums of money/coins, send support requests and test how long answers take and whether they will come at all, etc.) and only then use them. I can only recommend this to everyone.

I've taken all my coins away from Cryptonator by now.

DO NOT USE Cryptonator!!

In the meantime, Cryptonator has posted a message after logging in:

"We are experiencing delays in processing ETH, XRP and DOGE transactions due to the serversoverload caused by the increased amount of new registrations and grown users activity. Hardware upgrade is scheduled on the coming weekend. We apologize for the inconvenience!"

Let's be surprised if we get the coins afterwards....

Cryptonator transferred my Ripple to their own wallet. They transferred the Ripple on saturday 28-12-17 from my address (the Ripple never appeared, I have sent multiple mails to the helpdesk without getting any answer) to theirs. Maybe they fixing problems with the ripple wallet. I have spoken some other people who have the same going on.  Hope they will reply my requests and fix the problems from the people who misses their money or funds.

I also started a topic about Cryptonator: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2628097.0

Same problem here, but for me with dogecoin on https://www.cryptonator.com.
