Most likely it won't be reopened. I think lots of people will regret that didn't participate after SEMUX gets much more recognizable by crypto ppl.

Strict rules are absolutely needed both for the projects (better promotion) and for the participants (better rewards for the hard work). There's not much good hardworking bounty managers and it's a big problem. I really like when project's team members are bounty managers, they are really involved and active and set nice strict rules.
ETH goes down to $174, Do you have any plan for this? I've just bought and wait to $1000 
Congrats man! I had the idea to buy ETH with tether in <190-180 range, now I'm really sad I didn't go all in... Best thing is I believe that ETH will be 1k in next few years, maybe I'll wait for that.

I think that was a stupid thing. Why do that thing? ICO has giving you a free coin, but you sell it for cheap price. And this is was still happen till now. LOL

You're wrong man. Most ICO tokens were paid for by investors, they sell token to return their investment - fix income or fix losses... There's much less ways to earn free coins and even less good projects doing bounties\giveaway...
It's very hard to understand if token is good or not. I remember nice aidrop - Elixir token, it's worth a lot right now. Only time can determine if project is good or not IMO...
Hopefully we'll see SEC approval on ETF in the end of September, this might be the starting point for growth. Christmas can be another moment when we'll see some increase in altcoin/crypto prices.
In your opinion which is the best way to promote an ICO at initial level to create buzz? Do you think Ann threads are enough for that and how much is the role of bounty campaigns in that?
Best way to promote ICO is to have a really good tech ready, it's most important. Good team and advisors are nice too, with such good basis YT and telegram influencers will spot your ICO and introduce it to general public

the commits to github slowed down a bit, BUT I think this might be related to active VM development/testing. I'm sure it's in progress and all coding action happens in private github.
I really try to be "picky" by with time it becomes more and more difficult...lots of hype around unknown projects, lots of similar projects, pumps'n'dumps etc. It's really challenging to pick the really good and sustainable one.

If you read properly the Airdrop has been done already to bring 40M coins in circulation (40% of 100M mx) so there won't be another airdrop on Nuls.
Nuls trades currently on Binance around 42k sat which is relatively low considering the potential of the modular blockchain approach compared to competition with billions of mcap but with a more complex approach to market adaptation.

the tokens were airdropped to inchain ico (anti counterfeiting project) contributors who did not seek a refund after china stopped icos. inchain will be one of the side chains on nuls.
