AVA is not a scam. I am one of the early Anthshares / NEO investors and I can vouch for AVA's legitimacy. BiteBTC was a fiat to cryptocurrency exchange. I suspect that they have encountered FAR more regulatory issues than expected and thus that explains BiteBTC's volume being nearly non-existent. At any rate an exchange that does not green light one's application cannot scam you. The matter regarding Bitpaction was very unfortunate, but numerous other NEO and non-NEO related projects also got caught up in that. It was not only AVA as you like to make it sound. Centralised exchanges are never an optimal source of trust. How many people lost money with Mt.Gox? It won't be the first or the last. There is still Switcheo and it also was the first listing for AVA tokens as a decentralised exchange. If you have problems with centralised exchanges, you should try to stick to decentralised exchanges as you remain in control there. AVA likely also will get listed on NEX which is a decentralised exchange that went through all necessary regulatory matters to get approved as security token, so for maximum safety you can also trade on NEX in the future.

Whilst you have been making allegations that are not true, AVA will be undercutting Booking.com on average in 30 countries next month and yes, it has been used by numerous people already for cheaper travel bookings.

From your comment I assumed you recently bought at a lower price as the price range a few weeks ago was relatively low. Ethereum however more than doubled in the same time frame, so in USD terms, you are still making money if you sold now.

Oh, you are only asking for what? A 600%+ gain for holding your 63.8 FYN tokens for three weeks? There is no hope for you. Many platforms precisely do not gain value, because they are stuck with people like you who do nothing to build value, but are just leeching. Not all top exchanges are available for small caps though. For all I know they might get added to Kucoin as well...small exchange, but similar in mechanics to Binance which has now become the no. 7 exchange in mere months. Kucoin can thus also be expected to grow in size.

Most of the activity takes place in the FundYourselfNow Telegram group. I only just figured this out today myself. There are essentially three Telegram groups, but the vast majority of all activity takes place in one of them, so make sure you join the right one.

From what I understand they were in process to get listed on other exchanges as well such as Bittrex and Binance. FundYourselfNow does seem to meet the criteria to be listed on either exchange.

No, there is no relation to NEO. This is a scam project created to earn quick money by using the NEO name, but that is all there is to it. If you invested without even knowing the team and you lost money, consider it an expensive education.

It is not even remotely the same as NEO. NEO Gold is an Ethereum based scam by charlatans who attempt to get a freeride on the NEO name. They even stole the NEO logo. Do not give them your money. They deserve a one way ticket to jail.

This is the result of the low Ethereum standards that allows anyone to create a coin there and they do not even need a whitepaper or reveal the identity of its creators to start selling coins apparently. The real NEO has much higher standards and does not allow this blatant fraud on its network.

You do not need to keep any of your NEO wallets open at all to receive GAS. You can stay offline for any number of years, come back later and claim all generated GAS over that time period if you would want to. Owning NEO and storing it at an address of your own is enough to entitle you to the generation of GAS. The specialised bookkeeping nodes will keep the NEO network running. Keeping NEO at Binance or Kucoin will also entitle NEO holders to GAS, but not if held at other exchanges currently. Keep in mind though that generally holding any cryptocurrency at an exchange is the least safe option available.

The safest way to store your NEO would likely involve the hardware wallet called Nano Ledger S. NEO support for the Nano Ledger S is almost entirely in place, but I would wait for confirmations for that. The next hardware wallet that will have NEO support is Ledger Blue (if you are willing to wait longer and do not mind the price tag).

What you can also do is ensure you leave no wallet files or private keys on your computer (but make backups that are not connected to the internet) and ensure you have a good anti-virus program and anti-malware program which can be something like Avast, Malwarebytes and HitmanPro to ensure there is no malicious software on your computer.

Bigger demand should come when FYN gets listed on bigger exchanges such as Binance or Bittrex. Another factor related to that is the fact that the current alpha version does not yet seem to allow funding of projects with FYN tokens. With the official release at the beginning of 2018 likely will become a criteria to fund projects with a certain amount of FYN tokens which generates demand. Simultaneously the FYN tokens should allow participation in FYN ICOs at preferential rates (does not seem available yet with the alpha version). The newbie presence likely has to do with the FYN referral program in my opinion. I am not sure if it generates the right kind of publicity for an ICO platform, but it does generate some publicity.

This sounds like an excellent agreement! HelloGold was also mentioned in a private news letter I receive (from Jim Willie) and this news letter is very weary of fraud of all sorts, but seems to have mentioned HelloGold as a legitimate gold backed cryptocurrency platform (alongside another one). Most gold backed cryptocurrencies are not trusted by that news letter, so I am glad to hear FYN seems to have picked one of the most credible ones out there to work with and to correctly anticipate and mitigate risks for new upstart companies.

Bittrex is by far the best at the moment and Binance is also a good option. They are rank 3 and rank 11 respectively in terms of trading volume. There are some other exchanges inbetween, but the requirements of being listed at those seem to be higher. What will also greatly help FYN and all tokens issued on its platform will be Loopring. Loopring will be able to connect exchanges and traders all over the world and thereby allow for both decentralisation or centralisation depending upon user wishes, but the key aspect is that it will greatly enhance liquidity and match the very best prices across exchanges and traders. Every trader can keep control over their own cryptocurrencies and still trade them on this platform. If I am not mistaken the first version of that will go live for Ethereum and ERC20 tokens this December. I expect Cobinhood also to have major trading volume soon as they charge a 0% fee for all trades on their platform.

In case you use the NEO desktop wallet, I assume that means that either your wallet is not synchronised yet (if the two numbers in the bottom left corner are not equal) or one of your transactions failed. Failed transactions can be restored by selecting 'rebuild index' and then closing the application and restarting it, logging into your wallet and waiting quite a while before your wallet entry is rebuilt (best to just leave it on and go do something else in the meantime). After having selected 'rebuild index' the amount of NEO and GAS listed will always display '0' until the process is complete. I do not know how long this process takes, but it requires some patience....it might be an hour for all I know.

I was curious if I understand the reward program for FYN token holders correctly (assuming the token holders are FYN verified):

I find the above a bit confusing as I thought the cost of using the FYN platform is 5%, but in case there are pro rata distributions and buybacks then I would assume the costs could also reach up to 15%. I am not sure if one of the two programs got replaced by the other or whether it is just me misunderstanding an aspect of it.

I was also curious about the requirements for the air drops as currently I am FYN verified, but I still had my tokens at the HitBTC exchange when getting verified. Do I need to initiate an aspect of the verification again or is that done automatically when such airdrops take place? In that regard I also am curious when the first airdrop is expected to take place. Thanks in advance!

Just an idea: If FundYourselfNow expands its contactsnetwork with exchanges and investors and/or expand its financial reserves, it could potentially in the future also offer ICO underwriting agreements for guaranteed financing, but at a higher cost rate. Via for example the LRC protocol there might even be possibilities to offer liquidity for any token.

The source of that article is highly uninformed, if not an outright liar. All in all it looks like a major Ethereum shareholder wrote it. Technical analysis often does not work as most price action is the result of news....a lot of it unexpected news. There are not 50 million tokens in the hands of the NEO team and they will not all be unlocked in a few days time. The complete breakdown is I believe also denoted in the whitepaper, so you might do well to read through it. The NEO team and other developers will get 10 million NEO tokens at most over the entire lifetime of the project. The other 40 million will be used in various ways to grow the project. 15 million tokens will be released every year at most and Da Hongfei already stated that it likely would be less this year due to the price of NEO. Ethereum had a similar inflation initially from the mining on the network alone and with nothing else to show for it, so all in all NEO does provide significant value in that sense. Conveniently the author of the article left out all the positive news such as that RPX will be the first ICO launching soon or that NEO will likely have at least 10 DApps running on its network in November. What would that do to the price?
