@D4RK5T4R I totally agree with you. I simply am not concerned as I don't go to that chatbox usually. I am not sure why is it there even. Its just a bunch of idle chaps trolling each other.

It would sound fake but I haven't lost a penny till now with CEX(I haven't earned millions too) . They seem quite good for trading. I am not mining so it would be unfair to support them in mining.(Using CEX for 2 months)

They have got some new states added and I referred my friends and they did not bang me till now so believe they are happy.

About the features and safety. There verification really is a tedious thing. Its like wrestling with Yokozuna but I won. I understood the requirements and on 2nd or 3rd attempt I was able to provide the necessary docs. Now I am their business user with much vast opportunities. I am planning to enter some stage called corporate user thing but my lawyer did not send his response if it is good and profitable. Lets see.
Safety is good ... I saw an unknown IP form germany trying to access and they informed me and blocked my account for 8-10 hours to check and it was me only who went to germany and I got my account back. I mean it is a class service...

@D4RK5T4R... I agree here with you . But I got a reply within 3 minutes but via ticket not chat.  In fact it is not chat but a troll box more....  I am not aware of how they work but I believe they have a ticketing system where they reply faster.

If you would post this issue on CNBC news do you think you would get a faster reply..?


@all I experienced the same issue but as informed by support this issue has been fixed already.  Please let your most hated company CEX.IO know if it is not fixed via they ticket system and I hope they will help.

I have a business account and I had issues with some manual approval of payments but Now they whitelisted my payments and I can pay freely..... I eat in those restaurants where I like and know I wouldn't meet up with allergens.  If I am suspicious about a restaurant I just don't go there. But I never advertise the restaurant as bad if I am allergic to their food. That would be stupid.  In the case of CEX if you are allergic you may stop using it. (I am not sure if you are having an account with them, I believe its none of my business to ask)

I would reply using my personal opinion: Your comments are sarcastic and criticising that it seems that you have been paid to write them.

I myself don't like few things in CEX but I like few features and I write about both of them. Likes and dislikes.

When you visit a restaurant do you ask the chef what spices he uses in the steak you ordered?

I have my tourism company and sometimes customers do ask me how much %% do you get from each tour . Should i reveal ? If you say yes, either you are naive or at least pretending to be.

I think I will send a ticket to them now.  1 hour is long too if it is response. They promised me a response within 10 minutes. and usually they do reply.

@madonnino. 2-3 hours for a support response? Thats bad, man. You should write to their support. Probably there should be some technical mistake as my tickets are being replied within 7-10 minutes.

It just my opinion. I had a deposit pending for a couple of hours and I wrote to support and they could not help me but they diverted the ticket to finance department(Not sure if they really did) but some Mary helped me instantly...

Well about supporting CEX.IO I am not sure. I am not here to support them ... I am here to play right now and generate interest and its going good till now... But I see you are losing hope.... Mining is suspended not closed as I understand, bought about 1200 GHS after the 2 DAY block(I was lucky) and following blocks did give me some profit although I could buy a coke and a bag of lays for that only but not bad. As I said that I am more prone to trading but not mining so I will sell them soon.

So I suggest you to get some better equipment for mining so that small Hamsters who are ready to get few bites of satoshis keep their mouth busy chewing rather than criticising.


@Flip21  Sorry I cannot argue with you as you are more experienced in mining and other stuffs and I would like to learn from you guys much but I would say I thing....... CEX.IO is a business not a charity organisation so that they forget their profits and donate everything they have.

I own a company myself and I do care about profits too.. Crypto trade is becoming my hobby as it is interesting and more interesting than trading on Forex!!!!!!!! So it would be an idiotic way to say that CEX.IO thinks of their profits.

I started my business 4 yeas ago nearly and if we did not work by priorities I think I wouldn't be the owner of the property I own and wouldn't be able to fulfil the demands of my son(He loves to ask for things).....
Also if I didn't give a damn to priorities I would be working as a labour for earning pennies and wouldn't have FREE TIME to WRITE ON THIS FORUM..

Lets build a community to support CEX and take it out of the DIP which it is facing today......   Just check all other platforms, they appear not better than CEX neither in terms of appearance and nor in terms of support.......
