As far as I understood their Smart Contract will lookup for all EVN Holder and based on EVN Holdings dividends will be send.

VeChain has a real world use case, real partnerships and is operating already. Their business model and business case is working already.

KYC is not impossible. It's confido, which can't handle/process all documents. Too bad if you are specialized on KYC and yet you are not capable of handling all clients (Envion for ex.)
When ICO is over and KYC was successful EVN tokens are yours. You can do whatever you want.

I expect a huge run, when people realize MMUs are real and will bring dividends (yes..first they will be low, but then it will increase) --> A lot of people a predicting Ethereum price to be above $1k end of year.

Technically your tokens are just blocked until Chargeback time of your payment provider is over (it is always good to get in touch with your provider and ask for chargeback time. Sometimes you can decrease it with further actions). During THIS time you receive divdends and reinvest will happen automatically, because 25% will be applied before paying dividends as far as I understood.
So the only thing you have to do is lay back and wait for unlock of your tokens.

People already got rich with bitcoin. I think people still get rich with bitcoin, but don't ignore other rising coins. Altcoins are real and altcoins will rise significantly. There will be one or two huge players, which will literally lead to mass adoption. Would love to know, which coin(s) that will be.

Just keep in mind: Cryptokittens brought blockchain to masses attention. They don't know what Ethereum is but now they know cryptokittens. It could be anything that brings blockchain & co to mass adoption.

I am not sure when the next BTC run will start or if it will ever start again, but I see the current dropping market dominance as a positive sign.
Finally altcoins are getting more attention and the more BTC loses its dominance the less altcoins are dragged by BTC.
