Read about the c option, but dont know how to use it. I am using ccminer.

It's easy, just set 'c=GEO' as your password, that's all.
If you are already using your password to set other variables then just add ',c=GEO' to the end of your already set password. Remember, no spaces.

do you guys suggest a longer time between switched? right now, i understand it's now switching a bit too often.

Optimal would be if the time to switch would be dynamic and calculated based on the difference in profitability.
So if you are mining X11 and X13 is more profitable by 2% then there is no need to switch fast. If X13 would become more profitable by 100% then it makes sense to switch quickly to X13.

I would like to know when finally will function normally switch between algorithms according to prescribed miner complexity in the "pass". Just at the moment of every 2 minutes miner switches to a different algorithm., And idle time of switching from 3 to 15 seconds. Waiting for an answer.

Algo switching works fine as far as I can see on my rigs.

Can your Zeus Thunder do X11?
If not, I can tell you now what will happen  Tongue

No I can't know.
Because I'm not master
please explain to me. Possible fast speed?

Actually that remark was toward trinitywealth since he wants to use his Zeus Thunder for this X11 coin.

But now the coin dev is asking me the difference between X11 and scrypt? WTF !?!

I also switched to this pool now TMB is stopping.
First impressions are good, let's see how this works out over the next days.

Any chance of implementing a multi-multi-port like TMB had? So the pool doesn't only switch between the best coin on one algo but also closes ports to switch algo on sgminer5 if a coin on another algo becomes more profitable?

Does the latest sgminer have the "leaked" Wolf0 kernels for x11 and x13? I had been away for awhile and it seems things have gone down hill in a hurry around here. If not, someone want to be a champ and provide link?

I am getting about  2.0 Mh/s on x13 with 270x (14.7 rc3 I believe).
138 kh/s on Neo.

They seem ok?

I see the nicehash Dev branch has badmans74 x kernels, which I am getting x13 2.0

As far as I know the only kernels that leaked were X11 and X15, with X15 not being really much faster.
Nicehash can't put the X11 in their branch because it was only a .bin that leaked, not the .CL files.

i get maximum 110khs, tried many different settings but same result  Roll Eyes dont know whats wrong with my GPU  Tongue
What version of Catalyst are you running?
Neoscrypt runs best on 14.6 or 14.7, anything else will make the hashrate go down quite a bit.

Looks interesting. I'm surprised this thread is not attracting a lot of attention after being around for 20 days. I must say though, 100 sat per coin is really quite expensive.
I'll keep an eye on this.

According to op the coin is launching on the 19th of December.

Ah, so they moved the launch 1 month ahead.
I guess there was still a small percentage of the IPO coins that still had to be sold  Roll Eyes

The program crashed and gave me an error saying my buffer was too small in the beginning. Took me 3 days to fix that.

Run this once in your command prompt:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS

how do you mean excel would be way to static i don't get that you can get excel to take live real time updating feeds straight from websites  from pools and exchanges and also API call's,,, process the data relative to your own mining power and then auto work out the most profitable for you,,,, the only bit i have not done is get excel to actually auto switch the miner ...

OK, if you want to use excel in that way, as a sort of intermediate visualisation of the profitability, then I guess you could do it. There are API commands to let sgminer change pool so if you should write some code that reads your instantly updated excel sheet and sets the miner. If you already have code to read the API from pools and exchanges and put that into excel than the other way around to sgminer wouldn't be that difficult. Just read the docs that come with sgminer about the API commands.

is there some way sgminer can be made to switch pools using a profitability password when the pools are not Nicehash pools

cheers

Not using a password as far as I know, that would have to be implemented on the pool side and as you mentioned yourself Nicehash is the only one so far to do this.
CGwatcher has an option to change pool according to coin-profitability but it hasn't been updated for a long time and only lists the older coins Sad

how about getting sgminer to talk to Microsoft excel through api or something ??

just a shot

Coin profitability is very dynamic and changes every time one of the coins moves on to a new block, so it changes constantly. An excel sheet would be way too static for this purpose. If you can write a tool to use the SGminer API then you can also use the APIs from various pools and exchanges to poll difficulty and exchange price and change the pool on SGminer based on that. But I doubt if it's worth all that trouble.

What is the ratio of neo scrypt to OG scrypt hash on average?  Sorry, I've been out of the Forum for a while and seem to have missed a bit.

Nicehash and Trademybit have set their conversion rates for neoscrypt to approximately scrypt / 8
From my personal experience it's more like scrypt / 6

After one night of mining, all my 280X cards have been running at around 70% efficiency Sad
I think it's because of the many disconnects from the pools. Can anybody confirm this?
I have tried changing intensity on some cards but didn't see any real difference.
Anybody else know how to get the efficiency up or is it the shitty pool connections?

I have tried 3 pools so far and on all of them the miner occasionally displays something like: 're-login, disconnecting, connecting, re-login'
Is this something in the miner or is it something at the pool side?

I can see my hashrate on the pool seriously impacted when this happens.

I have a few Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB kits left.
They are UNUSED and new in the blister.

Each kit has 2x8GB 1600Mhz DDR3 with timings 9-9-9-24
I'm looking to get €90,- for each kit or the equivalent in crypto
If you're interested in more kits then let me know.

I'm located in the Netherlands so shipping costs would be from there.
PM me if you are interested.

Also curious about this, but not enough to test it on my own.

I tested them to compare to 14.6 RC1 but didn't see any real performance increase. There might be a 0.2% increase but it might also have been variance. Not worth the trouble to do the whole upgrade.
