Guys, it's not in my interest to make more opponents for myself, but I don't want to be that guy who knows and stays silent. I see that many of you are still in FPL mode, but UEFA and FIFA fantasy formats work with different mechanics.
First and most importantly, this fantasy is more flexible — you can change your captain during the matchday, and substitutions work like real ones: you can swap players in and out throughout the week. Only the 11 players in your starting lineup count towards your score, so it’s in your best interest to structure your team based on the match schedule. That way, you can take advantage of the rules and make more impactful changes.
It means that if Kane flops but you still have players who are yet to play, you can change the armband — but only before the next match starts or after the current one ends.
Tagging the guys who probably don’t know this based on their messages here (if I’m wrong and you already know it – apologies, I don’t mean to be rude).
Jayce, in your current team, for example, you could have played Mendes instead of Carreras because PSG have already played and Benfica play later. You can still switch Diogo Costa to Bounou, since Diogo didn’t feature in the game and currently has 0 points, while Bounou is yet to play.
I want to win in a fair fight 😃
