I've made 3 separate tickets but they seem to not want to help. They keep asking for additional information when they can clearly look at my account.

you can see I bet the "up" on the crypto trading game, and the entry price was $1,132.71 and it exited at $133.40 and they didn't pay. This has happened like 10 times on my account.


Maybe I am misunderstanding something, but the customer support sucks and they can't explain it. (The advanced trading team i guess cant either because they don't respond to the tickets)



It has been over a week.

I'm curious if I will deposit PHP (our local fiat currency) from my account, and I want to convert it to USDT? I can't see an option for PHP in the Swap page of BC.GAME.
Is there any way or alternative?

We are sorry for the confusion and mixed message. When our representative mentioned approved, we are referring to your other account. It is already approved with the documents you submitted for KYC purposes.

The account should be open and you can withdraw the remaining funds on the account. Following withdrawal, upon breach of multi-account, the accounts will permanently be locked.

As we previously covered and described, following our inspection to the video sent to our colleague that is in touch with holydarkness, we realized there is a technical glitch in the option of transaction history, that it can only show 60 days at max, despite 90 days is an option.

Following this discovery, we have tasked our developers team to fix the glitch immediately and they are working on it as we speak.

Subsequently, the range selection might have been adjusted by our dev team to better reflect the real viable option while they are working to reenable the longer and older list.

We will repeat once more that according to the database from our finance team, there is no pending or uncredited deposit to your account. The three previously mentioned TXID had been credited, as per can be consulted from our previous post. The timestamp of when the fund entered our system and credited to your account has been made known to you from the post.

We have tasked our dev and finance team to investigate the case from two separate matters as per holydarkness's inquiry and the video evidence he sent us.

Related to the video of the history of funds, currently our history system can only show 60 days of transaction in spite of the availability of other option. We are sorry for this inconvenience and are working on fixing this immediately so the history can properly show older data.

We would also assure other players that the situation does not affect the deposit and withdrawal process and status. Deposits and withdrawals will be credited and debited normally. Only the history won't show entries older than 60 days.

In the case of the deposit being uncredited we've checked our system, and the three transactions in question were already credited to the account, with details as below:

Let's make it pretty simple. As BC game support already replied and agreed to cooperate, then it would be solved shortly. We need just two things to verify your transaction. You need to add your wallet dashboard screenshots, which address the BC game provided to your account. And transaction ID that you sent funds to the same address. This two pieces of evidence would help to resolve the issues.

It seems you provided screenshots from the exchange that you withdrew funds from. So please add the BC game address screenshot and transaction ID. So we can check on-chain where the funds are right now. BC game support seems supportive in your case. Don't make it complicated by just replying with text without evidence that I asked.
I can see them from longer than 30 days bro it’s just a lie they are not honest I asked for

The wallet owned and controlled by BC. The amount or transaction, in or out, from and to the wallet does not directly equate that the transactions happen from and to UID 53390187.

um no thats not true i know that is mine as some i noticed missing, which i didnt notice this until one of the deposit defiently didnt go in.

you guys even deleted my recent history and are refusing giving me a full history of the wallets data from deposit one to now

I've been playing for a few months without problems and everytime I want to withdraw my balance I need to do 2FA (with google) and sms verification. A few days ago I tried to cashout and I receive an error when I try to receive the sms that sayd ..This number cannot be used for registration... have anyone dealt with this in the past?

As per our latest explanation, we are afraid that the decision is final and we can not meet you with the proposal you relay to us. If we may repeat, the call was made by our provider and we can not overturn this.
