I would tend to agree that bounty hunting is no longer profitable this year. I guess this is due to the bearish alt market. But there are still a lot of companies who you just describe. They still bounty hunters to promote their site through air drops.

Nakakatawang isipin na kung sino pa ang mga maliliit na business, sila pa ang mas may kakayahang mag innovate ng kanilang business. Samantalang ang malalaki o kilalang tindahan ay takot o walang balak tumanggap ng ganitong klaseng pagbabago.
Pero nakakatuwa pa rin na kahit maliit lamang sila ay open parin sila dito. Hindi man kapansin pansin, pero kahit sa maliit na paraan, makakatulong ito sa pag promote ng bitcoin sa bansa.

Actually, one of the best things that happened to crypto are the stable coins indeed. Its the fastest way to lock your gains in this domain, you can't actually gain in crypto (if you're a trader) based on selling your crypto to fiat directly, it simple won't work, because it take time, during that time lots of shit can happen.

I always wondered why I never saw pledge like bounties on projects, which would have ensured that a product was actually being developed even if was for the testnet. As investors you set the rules, your the one that the project needs not vice versa. Investors failed to established a norm that would have prevented all this chaos and still are. ICO's are not the problem investors are. We have failed to utilized the tools that have been right in front of us. Being blinded by greed.

I don't waste my time with new projects anymore, 99 percents of them are rushed to make quick gains and cater away with the money, i don't expected more than 5 good new projects in a whole year, why?
1. Good projects takes time to build, they aren't rushed so they take lots of time in development
2. Real working products from companies that have been in existence for years are way better when they implement blockchain tech in their company it will work out
3. Its red flag to projects from companies that starts on crypto from scratch, meaning that they are able to be where they are today with crypto.

Example companies that implement crypto and standing strong with their idea is Clear foundation or Wings Mobile, those are new ones i have seen, i know there are more, care to share?

I personally do not believe this statistics that 99% of ICOs are scam, because some ICOs fail do not mean they are all scam. I usually tell people that starting an ICO is like starting a new business, it might succeed immediately, it might fail presently but have a great future and it might fail totally beyond redemption. So because a project is failing to perform presently or fail totally do not mean it is a scam. Don't get me wrong here, I never said there are no scam projects but the rate is not as high as alleged. Judging a project based on its first few years is wrong, give it time to realize its potentials.
