Re: How to find good bounty ? I need you . Help me !
by

Hello everybody . I am newbie . I want to join good bounty but I don't have any experience. Share your experience with .
How to find good bounty ? Should join the Signature Campaign or Social Media Campaign ? Help me , Please.
Thank you very much .
There are a number of points to look out for before starting a bounty job. You need to understand - how much money will ultimately be able to collect a particular project. Here are the main criteria:
Fame and reputation of the founders of the project. If they are known at the Bitcointalk forum, they have previously engaged in other block-start-ups and have a high-quality response from users of high rank, that is, every chance of success. It will be great if there are photos and links to personal social network developers. Videoconferencing or webinars demonstrate even better the contact of developers with investors.
The amount of fees, if ICO has already started. Practice shows that if the project in the first couple of weeks collects only 50-100k, then there is nothing to catch here.
Number of participants in the bounty campaign. The total amount of remuneration is fixed and, following the results of the campaign, is shared among all participants. Accordingly, the more participants, the less your share.
It is desirable that the remuneration was not fixed, but as a percentage of the work done. Otherwise it will be insulting if for your 1000 likes and messages you will be paid as much as to the one who made only 10.
At the same time, we must remember that there are no guarantees that the startup will shoot and, accordingly, the reward will be paid to you.

The post was very useful, actually it kinda deserves a merit but you know, people from this forum does not like and tolerate merit begging. And you are indirectly begging for merit at the end of the post.
I hope next time you do, you do it from the heart and with the goal of helping people in the forum, please remove from your mind the inner desire to gain merit. Because, people will give you merit at times you don't expect and at posts/thread replies you are least expecting to get merits from.
Thanks for comment, now i understand that ;d

I wonder why you have never got any Merit even after writing such big posts.
Oh, yes! It is not about the length, but it is about the point you are conveying through your post, and if what you convey has nothing useful, it is not needed, no matter how long it is.
Learn to be constructive and give out the things that the community needs to know. And then writing articles as big as this one might benefit you as well and earn you a Merit or two.
For sure you are right, but i don't think that this post is big..

What is ICO and how to make money on it?
by
Bakuga
on 18/09/2018, 19:18:21 UTC
What is ICO and how to make money on it?

ICO (Initian Coin Offering or Primary Coin Placement) is the creation / issue of a certain number of coins / tokens for sale to investors in order to collect the necessary investments for the development of a new startup / coin. As a rule, later the coin / token gets on the stock exchange and / or is bought back by the startup at a higher price.
For example, there is a group of people who want to make a cloud service like Yandex Disk and they do not have enough money. They can not enter investors, because the idea is simple and there is no prototype. Therefore, they turn to certain sites (ETH platform, Waves) and create a certain number of coins that they sell and thereby attract money to their startup.

How to make money on it?
1) Without attachments - Participate in bounty (bounty).
To attract people to the company's ICO allocate part of the coins as an advertising budget. If you are willing to do articles, translations, video - the company will encourage you for disseminating information about the ICO and the company.
2) With attachments - Buy coins in the early stages of the ICO and then sell them more expensive, or receive a passive profit from dividends.
At the ICO stage, the best time is to buy coins or tokens from the company or start-up at the cheapest price.

How to distinguish promising ICOs from scams (fraudulent) projects?
1) Professional team and the availability of relevant experience in the declared scope of the project, the absence of a "dark past" of the team members.
2) A clear roadmap for what and when will be done, as well as the stages of spending the budget.
3) A clear whitepaper with no concatenations and realistic tasks.
4) The need for this project and a realistic business model.
5) Strong community supporting project
6) Social activity of the team, constant feedback
7) Desirable: a minimal bounty and a limited number of coins / tokens at the crowdsdale.
As practice shows, such ICOs immediately collect funding

Where can I find out more about ICO?
1) Monitoring of all ICOs: https://icodrops.com/
One more: https://tokenmarket.net/ico-calendar
2) On Bitcointalk in special places.

Are ICO profitable?
As a rule, at the stage of crowdsel (sale to individuals) you can buy coins / tokens at the lowest price and get a certain percentage of coins for free. Also, some start-ups also offer dividends to holders of their coins. However, the risks are also high - no one guarantees that the startup will not bend, and you will not lose your money. In the event of an ICO failure, you can not legally claim your money back, and all purchased tokens and coins are depreciated.

I can probably guess what the next article would be.

"How merit hunter harm themselves"

problem number 1.

If you are writing something to gain merit at least do not beg for it like adding the phrase "I hope that I helped you, I will be very grateful for the merit" because that would end up like you just write the tutorial for merit to get out of the "newbie hell"

But hey try once more and I could probably give you 10 merits as I still have a lot that I didn't give out. Really. When I say it, I mean it.
Nailed it man which it do really sucks when i saw some good post but in the last part i do see the line on asking out for some merit. It really turns me off to give one.

I see many useful thread created by newbies and some one married it. I really wanna know is there anything suspicious going in the forum after new rules done by our forum admin.
New users wont really have any choice but to go with the right path on making good post rather than on making shit ones and with this new rule or restrictions been set out by theymos i do see this would be a good step
on lessening the spam of this forum and theres no such thing about being suspicious because post that should be merited will really be given and considering there are new merit sources out there.

I see many useful thread created by newbies and some one married it. I really wanna know is there anything suspicious going in the forum after new rules done by our forum admin.
If they follow all the rules meant in the bounty campaign there is no harm for anyone. Nothing you need to manage the apart from quality after these things.

Understood, well, what to do, as it is so there, thanks for thinking so, will be more vigilant, put more effort

The post was useful as to indicate the problems bounty hunters are facing but why that statement below your well written write up?. That post shows your begging for merit and can result to getting you the Boot!!! Just keep posting quality post like this and you will get rewarded for your quality post.

Good luck.

How members of the bounty harm themselves

How members of the bounty harm themselves.

After having spent several bounty campaigns, faced with several problems the participants of which should not be.

Problem number 1.
Inattentively read the terms of participation, just used Google translator, built into the browser, which can completely change the conditions for participation in the wrong translation.

Problem number 2.
The transfer of frequently repeating rules in most bounty to all others. A simple example: basically in the bounty there are tweets, retweets, etc., on them a limit is set for 5 of those and those. Here comes the moment when the campaign makes a few tweets and there is nothing to retweet, then the rule is rarely prescribed, sometimes the participants believe that it always exists and this is a replacement for retweets with their own tweets. Some managers encourage this, but each bounty must be taken into account separately, in some campaigns this will not work. You just do the extra work and spend time on the proceedings.

Problem number 3.
Old and new retweets tweets. Here I also do not understand why I do this, but often do. When it is written to do retweets, you do not have to climb to the bottom of the tape and look for where the first tweets of campaigns are. Very often, campaign bounties are only asked for new retweets of their tweets, which are not older than one week. This means that if the week runs from Monday to Sunday (may vary depending on the start of the campaign and its policies), then retweets of those tweets that were made during this period will be taken into account.

Problem number 4.
Writing articles on any platform before agreement with the manager. Often managers write, including me, that before writing an article, you need to coordinate the platform with the manager and then spend your time on it. There was a case not so and it is rare when people without their channel or group wrote an article in http://telegra.ph, also if articles are allowed to write in telegram groups, some somehow believe that they can post articles not in their groups , and general, where there is a constant spam of articles that nobody needs.

Problem number 5.
Ignoring the rules for submitting a report. If you do not write that you need to submit the next report by changing your first one and adding the second there, then you do not need to do this. A good manager when submitting reports in the bounty branch on average appears about 20 new pages a week, and if you allow you wrote your first report on page 7 and for several weeks edited it, it does not mean that the manager who is on the The 5th week checks the range of 80-100 pages, will remember that you are there on the 7th page of all weeks, write to one your report editing it each time. There is also a second type of submission of reports, this is the submission of reports through the citation of their first and subsequent posts. If there are no such requirements in the rules, then you only prevent your citing from checking reports, and the manager has to scroll through a large number of your links every time to find the necessary ones. Sometimes, even they began to prohibit the citation of your old reports.

Problem number 6.
Some bounty campaigns require a report in Google form. Most of the participants for unknown reasons (maybe they are afraid that they will forget the form or not, and thus they have proof of their report, but if the rules say that the report is accepted only in the form, then everything else, as a rule, will be ignored) begin make two reports thereby preventing you from checking the pages in the bounty branch.

Problem number 7.
Dispute with the bounty manager. Often, it is better to resolve disputes with BM in personal correspondence, for example, in telegrams. Thus, you have a better chance to solve the issue in your favor. Also, never insult BMs, yet in the bounty, he's in charge, and in some lucrative bounty, he will remember that, because every BM has a rule that allows him to forbid participation to any participant without explanation of the reason.

Problem number 8.
Use # hashtags in retweets where this is not required. Here everything is simple for those who are attentive. If you were not asked to do hashtags in retweets, and you do them, then your retweet turns into a simple tweet with hashtags and a link to the campaign tweet. Look at the screenshots:

Problem number 9.
Sometimes some participants edit an old post / repost in a fb, then trying to prove that he still made this post on a certain number. It looks like this: the participant was required to make from the 5th to the 11th the number of 3 posts on Facebook, but he made only two and one forgot. Then some participants find their other post which was made in this range and completely replace the text by giving it out for the 3rd. A good BM if you see such a change can exclude you from your campaign.
