Both domain hide identity of owner. They use Whois Guard.
 You can see their ICO website www.eo.trade they mention their trading platform is www.expertoption.com .
Now you go to their trading website. Check their android application review how they scamed people from beginning.

I know their sale is ongoing and no one make sound against them. Even they will not exit scam but they will scam you like slow poisons.  
Don't believe me ? Just go their trading website and click android application and read all the review.
