Expands it's network, who gives a rats ass. Stop making us pay 444 sat/b when transactions with 1-2sat/b go into next block at this moment. Scammers.

The fees are constantly changing because of the Bitcoin network. If you want to confirm the minimum fee at the moment of your transaction, you can contact the support team through the Live Chat on spectrocoin.com.

How retarded do you take your clients for? Having a static minimum fee of 0.001 which ammounts to ~222sat/b is not what you call constantly changing, while transactions with fees like 10sat/b go in the next block. Stop ripping off your customers, classic Lithuanian scammers.

Recommended BTC withdrawal fee is 0.001 BTC (set by default), however, you may also set it as 0.01 BTC in order to have your transaction proceeded even faster. It can be changed when you click on "Fee configuration" on the BTC withdrawal page.

The current fees are set in this range since the BTC network or blockchain is busy and if the fee is low, the transaction could take so long to be processed. At normal times, the fee is less and counted depending on the busyness of the blockchain. This is all done to ensure that funds will be processed quickly and there will not be frustration with funds not reaching the other end by the time agreed upon.

It's ALWAYS at least 0.001 BTC which is a ridiculous fee. Stop trying to trick people into paying 444 sat/b per transaction. Lithuanian scammers, nothing more.

Still ripping off with withdrawal fees making us pay 444 sat/byte when 10sat/byte transactions are a norm now.

Or maybe you're just ripping off yourself by not knowing how to read... Since long time you can just click on FEE CONFIGURATION and even send BTC with 1 satoshi fee...

https://s8.postimg.cc/5m2uvkglx/fee_config_1.jpg

https://s8.postimg.cc/4l2m62wxx/fee_config_2.jpg

Fuck off shill, you can't put less than 0.001 BTC as the fee. You would see that info if you actually tried to withdraw. Minimum fee alert doesn't show unless you try to enter your wanted fee and it's "too low".

Still won't change their minimum withdrawal fee for BTC from 222 sat/B causing users to pay ridiculous fees for a transaction.  Avoid at all costs.

For Lithuanians (gonna type it in english for everyone just in case) :

1) Depositing cash to BTC using Foxbox terminal Spectrocoin charges ~10-11% hidden fee which they do not disclose when selecting a deposit method on their website.
It's a huge fee. On Foxbox page is written that there are 0% commission for deposits - http://www.foxbox.lt/?page_id=1969, so fees goes to Spectrocoin I think.
I think that someone from Spectrocoin have to explain situation, because 10-11% fee is way too much, especially when fee is hidden.
Foxbox is charging the fee from us, there is no commission fee for client, but the merchant (us) has to pay foxbox for money collection. It is the same as shops are paying to process VISA or MasterCard cards while the payer is not affected by these fees.
But if there are no fee for user, how he have found it? Can it be that he received less money than he deposited?
There is no hidden fee, once you enter the amount on the terminal you see the amount you will receive and only when you confirm it and pay for it or you reject the transaction. But it is of course cheaper to buy at SpectroCoin.com directly without using foxbox.

Well, if you put in 1000 euro into a terminal and it wants to give you only ~900 worth of BTC, you should disclose this information on your website. Right now you can see fees for Maxima deposits and other methods, but for FOXBOX it shows 1000=1000, no fee mentioned, but only when you waste half an hour driving to a terminal, you get surprised when you enter the ammount offered for your money is ~10% less than market price. It is a HIDDEN fee if you do not disclose that users get ~10% less money while using FOXBOX.

We will update our website to reflect this fee.

A month later, no update Cheesy Classic spectrocoin scams

Thanks for advertising our services. You can see the exact BTC amount you will receive on the payment terminal, so you can make your mind there.

So from "we will fix it soon" you go back to "if you can't see the hidden fee, it's your own fault". Nice one.

You can see the fee before purchasing bitcoins at the paybox. You get what you see.

Not disclosing a ~10% fee in your website is pretty scummy. You show other fees, except for this one, also promised to include to show it on the website, but chose to go "if you didn't see it, it's your own fault" way. No wonder it shows to be careful while dealing with you next to your name.

Hello everyone,

What would happen if I had some bitcoins in a Nano S wallet and someday ledger decides to drop the project. Would I be able to still use my wallet somehow if I had my seed?

The last period i become very frustrated about the service of Wirex/Ecoin.
When i start using the card in the beginning it was really making my life easier. But at the moment its very very very frustrating!

Few weeks back i lost my card. I paid for express and 2 weeks later still no card.. I provided a alternative delivery adress and it was still shipped to my cardholders adress. After 2 weeks finally got my card.. Had still funds left on the old card, send a support ticket to migrate the funds from the old to the new one.. after 1 week still no response.

I tried to load my card, 200 euro dissapeared.. Again a new support ticket.. No response.
Today i loaded 50 euro and 2250 euro. The 50 euro came and guess what? The 2250 euro totally disappeared!

At the moment 2250+1000+200 "gone".

Its very frustrating because the reason im using bitcoin and a debitcard is to get my hands faster as a regular banktransfer, but now it take much longer. Im really consider to jump to another debitcard. Maybe its a idea to start with phonesupport? Normally im a loyal customer, but the service is really really bad! For the fees we all pay you guys can do better!

Their terrible support and bugs that they fail to fix for years is the reason I switched my main use card to other bitcoin card provider(not here to advertise, you have plenty of alternatives, check them out). it's 50/50 if your money won't be stuck in "Pending" for a week only because they can't fix their bugs and support takes a week to answer Smiley

I need help with 2 issues:

1. my account was hacked and they stolen 3 btc I sent numerous requests to get back access to my account. They changed the password and implemented 2 steps verification. Please answer my support tickets #54589, #54614, #54583, #54678, #54611
2. Why is the BTC address for deposit not changing? I have the same BTC address to deposit every time. This is not good, security issues, Please make it change every time like it used to do (generate a new one on every deposit)

Why would you even keep your btc at wirex when they have not the best feedback lately? I am trying to recover 3 btc myself from them that they have stuck in "Pending" and will most likely move to other debit card issuer.

I did not, I put 3 BTC, exchange them to Euro to my card so I can cash them. This was at 1AM, at 1PM they hacked the account, buy back 3 btc and transferred them. I did not have the chance to cash them out

Well, that's on you for not securing your account properly tbh.

Hi Wirex, I would like to ask you one thing. Is there any problem with the deposits of bitcoins? Because I'm trying to generate a new btc address but every time it fails.

Their system is from 1970s, it will work, but only if you give it good 10-20 minutes per action. I was unloading my card to btc and took me good 40 minutes to complete my action. Trying to transfer my bitcoin from ecoin to my wallet for 20 minutes already, just watch a tv series or something while it's generating. It's fun to see other providers who are pretty new to the game have flawlessly working system and wirex/e-coin can't fix theirs for years  Smiley

Edit : Here we go again, a pending transaction stuck on wirex, classic situation. Time to make a ticket and wait 2 weeks for response, oh yes!

1) Depositing cash to BTC using Foxbox terminal Spectrocoin charges ~10-11% hidden fee which they do not disclose when selecting a deposit method on their website.
2) Before February you could do multiple max value deposits at let's say Maxima terminal which is 1000 Eu per transaction. From February it's limited to 1 deposit per day.

Just a heads up for everyone depositing cash in Lithuania
