I've recieved a response from BTC-E now

So... How long did the response actually take? You submitted 'Account hacked' tickets to which this respond was refering to?

Glad to know that they are responding after all. I'm waiting for eight days now for any respond..  Undecided

It took 7 days, not sure why it took so long guess it's just very, very small staff with a huge work load.

They unsuspended my account after verifying with IP, and recent order history.

They say now they are checking my account and will soon enable withdraws.

So let's get this stragiht:
No 2FA for yahoo mail
No 2FA for btc-e
Used same password on both sites.
100 BTC kept in this account.

Obviously the same password was not used on both email and btc-e, or the hacker would have been able to withdraw the funds.

I deleted previous thread because I wanted BTC-E to not get pissed.

I've recieved a response from BTC-E now asking for verification which I have provided. As long as everything work's out I will have nothing bad to say about BTC-E, and continue using the exchange as I have for the past 2 years.

Hello!

I have a similiar problem, and a friend of mine told me his account containing funds is also suspended out of nowhere!

BTC-E has suspended my account containing 100 BITCOINS after I reported my email being hacked and requested withdraw be locked until I could recover my email.

I got a reply within two hours saying withdraws would be locked, and I was very pleased.

The next day I recovered my email address and changed my btc-e password, and saw that my account is suspended still. I know for a fact all my funds are still safe in my account because when the hacker changed btc-e password to access my account withdraws are auto locked for two days.

So I make a ticket first day asking for my account to be unsuspended, no response. I keep making tickets for the next 6 days and have received not ONE single response.

I have been trading on btc-e for YEARS. This should not happen. It is very suspicious to me, that they replied nearly instantly on my first ticket asking to lock withdraws, but not on one of my 20 tickets I have made asking for a reply as to my account being unsuspended.

For someone who's payed thousands of dollars to btc-e in past years this should not be happening, it's either a scam that's taking place, or very big problems for BTC-E owners and they have 0 time to respond to tickets?

EDIT: I have recieved a response from BTC-E, they have asked for verification in form of IP, trade history, and method of account funding. I am very pleased. My post will be deleted once I get my account back.

I also got robbed hundreds of litecoin for no apparent reasons on BTC-E. Coins withdrawn without any confirmation to my email AND I have 2 factor security too. All theyve given me is my logins and my IP. Maybe we could work together in this case. I feel your pain and your loss

How long did it take you to get a response from your tickets?

It's been 12 hours since and i'm absolutely shocked to not receive even a word from them yet. I've traded hundreds of bitcoins threw there site in past years I'm shocked how little they care.

Look's very suspicious to me.

Re: Are multi-sig / escrow transaction enabled in Blockchain.info?

I saw this also, and am wondering the same thing.

The link doesn't seem to work, it asks you to login and just goes to your wallet..

Would love if blockchain.info or any other wallet offered multisig/escrow transactions.

Using Blockchain.info for mutlisig transactions?

Ok, So I was thinking about this multisig transaction problem and heres what I came up with.

We make blockchain.info accounts with secondary passwords, and email for verification of withdraw.

Buyer deposits the amount into the blockchain account. Vendor ships product.

We give buyer, and seller blockchain info identifier and password. We give the buyer the secondary password to make withdraws.

The vendor get's the email associated with the blockchain account, we tell him to change the email password so he can verify all outgoing transactions to make sure it's going to his address.
Once the buyer receives his item, he goes into blockchain account and using the secondary password sends the payment to the vendors address.
The vendor is able to approve the transaction to his address, and the payment goes through.

If for whatever reason the buyer receives his product but doesn't bother to come back on to verify the transaction my business has access to the blockchain account and secondary password where we can then send out the payment to the vendors address, and the vendor can confirm it in email.

Unfortunately I tested this and email verification for output transactions doesn't seem to be an option. It only lets you know via email of a sent payment. Anyone know any other wallets where this might work?

Thank You.

Multi signature scrow system. Help Please!

Hello guys,

I am in the works of creating a bitcoin auction site.

I'm having a lot of trouble understanding how to make a multi signature escrow system.

Heres what Im looking for:

When a user wants to purchase item he has to pay 1% commision fee then he sends his bitcoins to a escrow address. I want there to be 3 possible signatures, with two being enough to send the payment through to the vendor.

The buyer gets 1 signature, the vendor gets 1 signature, and we get 1 signature.

Are there wallets that support this?

Does a system like this already exist?

Would anyone be interested in building one, or explaining to me how to do it for some Bitcoins?

Appreciate it!

Hi all. What would be the easiest way to start accepting Bitcoins as a form of payment in my restaurant?

Regards,
Barry

There isnt really any easy way right now. You should just use your iphone to accept payments via blockchain.info
