I think they are using a service like Shapeshift on the fly to be able to send different altcoins (i.e. they send your requested cashout amount in BTC -> Shapeshift -> your requested altcoin withdrawal MINUS any associated fees in the conversion) I don't see many folks using other coins other than BTC if this is how they are gonna do it

Thank you for bringing these accounts to our attention. As you might have noticed, the way in which we deal with these multi-accounters is not ideal. We are working on implementing a fix to ensure that this will no longer happen; unfortunately, this can take some time. In the interim, we will continue to investigate all accounts and do our best to block them.
In regards to your cell connectivity, do you receive any sort of error? If so, what does it say? Is your cell phone using Wifi on the same network as your computer? If so, do you ever experience a disconnect on your computer? My best guess at this point would be something to do with the connection of your cellphone- depending on whether you are on wifi or using cellular data. While I am not sure that there is anything we can do on our end to remedy the situation, if you do encounter an error, please let us know and we will certainly pass it along to the tech team. Lastly, does this connectivity issue seem to affect the sports book or casino, or is it solely poker which is affected?

You are certainly entitled to your views in regards to the Multi-Accounting problems; the crew at Nitrogen Sports will continue to monitor our players' action in order to maintain the necessary order and avoid any unlawful circumstance, but continue to rely also on our customer's help in the reporting of any wrong-doing committed by our players. However we may try to tackle every single instance, it may not always be possible to track every cheater, from a humanly-feasible perspective in the briefest and most convenient time.
Feel free to provide us with any evidence you stumble upon for any poker violations, as we regard each and every single report with the utmost seriousness.
As we've indicated in the past, we remain at your call for anything you may require additionally.

Just some examples of what I was told would happen,I imagine others have been told the same and are fed up like myself.

I just logged on to look through the 100 hand and could not believe I caught 4 more accounts cheating by just opening the lobby. Any table doing over 150 hands in a hour is a red flag!
Need to find a easier way to catch them other than copying every handreplayer link,it just takes to much effort when there is 4 different tables of cheats.

Do you have an ETA for fixing the bug that's causing cash games to be overraked? If a player leaves the table before a hand is complete, that player's contribution to the pot disappears and goes to the house instead of to the winner, which is effectively overraking all cash tables (and depending on the stakes, sometimes by quite a lot) and giving players a disincentive to play ring games.
I appreciate that resources are being deployed to making the website multilingual, but I would like to see some of the more serious issues solved before new, superficial features are added. In the era of Google Translate, I doubt that the lack of a multilingual website is preventing non-English speaking players from using SWC.

We are deploying a fix to this bug with our next restart.
We had thought to have fixed this, but after a subsequent patch was applied it seems to have come back.
We will preform a full audit and deposit chips automatically to player accounts that were affected.
Note that this is a rare issue, as most players finish the hand while still active.
Do you have an ETA on when players will be reimbursed? It's been 6 weeks since your bugfix. If you had paid everyone out 6 weeks ago, it would have cost you ~40% less.
only in terms of USD, which SWC doesn't deal with... right?
