Биржу Upbit хакнули на 50 млн. долларов. Очередная новость о дырявой криптобирже. Вот чего не хватает криптоиндустрии, так это надежных бирж. Даже Binance умудрились хакнуть и вот очередная новость о хакнутой бирже и украденных деньгах трейдеров.
Это давольно таки печальная новость и последствия могут быть не очень хорошими для рынка в целом. Но команда этого проекта говорила что с безопасностью вкладов у них все в порядке. I dont understand why they need it. It is another matter to ban some dubious projects or financial pyramids. People, on the contrary, need to be generalized to modern technologies.

The difference between ICO and IEO is that after ICO it will be a quaranteed listing of the coin on the exchange. Very often after the end of ICO it was no listing on the exchanges and investors did not know what to do with such tokens.

Ну а как же Китай? Эта страна собирается сделать государственную криптовалюту что автоматически легализует и некоторые другие, централизованные китайские криптовалюты.
В Китае криптовалютные биржи запрещены. Хотя в ходе последних веяний майнеров исключили из числа главных врагов народа. Может скоро и криптовалютные биржи разрешат.
Если криптовалютные биржи и разрешат в Китае, то установят такое жесткое регулирование, что Республика Беларусь криптовалютным раем покажется. Все таки сейчас крипто биржи предпочитают регистрироваться в оффшорах, там где регистрация дешевле и нет жесткого регулирования или вообще не регистрироваться, как поступает множество децентрализованных бирж.
В Китае куча народу и куча мошенничества. Ведь официальная причина запрещения криптовалют, ICO и бирж в Китае была - огромный процент мошенничества, связанного с криптовалютами. Чем более жестким будет регулирование, тем меньше будет мошенничества.
