with remote manager, the applied settings from config.txt should apply automatically? no miner restart or anything needed?
Somehow this function doesnt work for me, just says in miner window that config.txt has been applied but nothing changes.

If you send a new config file using the remote manager I believe you need to restart miner to apply the new config settings.

would you be able to have the app auto update the ethermine screen? Also how about being able to monitor/save two ethermine accounts?

Looks good so far. If you need a beta tester (test flight) let me know

Claymore

Any chance you could build in a benchmark flag? I would be looking for a DCRI range as an input and the ability to log the results of each DCRI

FEATURES:

- Supports new "dual mining" mode: mining both Ethereum and Decred or Siacoin at the same time, with no impact on Ethereum mining speed. Ethereum-only mining mode is supported as well.
- Effective Ethereum mining speed is higher by 3-5% because of a completely different miner code - much less invalid and outdated shares, higher GPU load, optimized OpenCL code.
- No DAG files.
- Supports all Stratum versions for Ethereum: can be used directly without any proxies with all pools that support eth-proxy, qtminer or miner-proxy.
- Supports Ethereum solo mining.
- Supports both Http and Stratum for Decred.
- Supports failover.
- Displays detailed mining information and hashrate for every card.
- Supports remote monitoring and management.
- Supports GPU selection, built-in GPU overclocking features and temperature management.
- Supports Ethereum forks (Expanse, etc).
- Windows and Linux versions.

I don't see any solo for second coins. Tell me where i'm wrong?

Correct no official solo for second coins

What about ETH solo/Siacoin solo ?

You should test it by your own. I haven't sufficient powers unfortunately.

Are you serious ? How i can test Siacoin solo if it even not implemented. Waiting for block will never be found or accepted. Re-read my msg. Right now Siacoin solo is not supported as i see in ver. description.

Try -dcri 500 to basically solo mine SC

Totals
Dual ETH+SC:
34.8MHs (ETH)
869 MHs (SC)

Impressive - ETH:SC=1:25

I'm getting the best ration of 1:4.5

Ratio does not mean very much, I can get a ETH:SC=1:40 when I put DCRI > 80

Trick is finding the DCRI sweet spot for profit

Memory clock: 1500
DCRI -50
Fan: 100%
T: ~68-74C

Dual ETH+SC:
12.9 MHs (ETH)
322 MHs (SC)

2. R9 270
Core Voltage: 1.1 V
overclocked to 1030 MHz
Memory clock: 1500
DCRI -50
Fan: 100%
T: ~78-84C

Dual ETH+SC:
12.1 MHs (ETH)
299 MHs (SC)

3. 7850
Core Voltage: 1.25 V
overclocked to 1020 MHz

The DCRI setting is very important to dial in for highest profit. Here is a calculator I am working on. If you post your MH/s values at all at the various DCRI settings I show I will create a duplicate page in that google document for your rig

Is there a list of API commands that can be used to control a miner remotely? I would like to increment DCRI with the "+" key as if I was manually interacting with with terminal (CMD) window

Anyone have a way to automate the testing and recording of each DCRI benchmark
It should not be difficult. I use a nodejs utility to fetch stats from miner rigs and provide JSON data for web page . It's possible to add a code to update miner config since the API exists. I think, miner restart will be necessary after each change, thought, so fetching stats will take some time. But the idea is great. Hope the calc is open source.

Could I increment through DCRI settings using a batch or bash file (windows or Linux) and save the resulting ETH and SC MH/s values to a log file? Anyone know how to write that command?

Also here is a link to my google doc for one of my rigs DCRI calculator:

I have been working on a live DCRI setting calculator, while also comparing SC vs DCR. I manually changed the DCRI and recorded these values. Anyone have a way to automate the testing and recording of each DCRI benchmark value?

I am using JSON to pull prices, difficulty and other values needed to calculate revenue.

Here is what I have so far:

I'd like to run pool+eth, solo+sia. Do I need to run the SIA gui on every rig to solo mine SIA?

anyone have some good settings to mine SIA only , I tried dcri 500 and it crashed my rig
Not really a good idea to mine SIA only. Best you go with dcri 50. Gives you 10% less hash rate but double SC hashrate.

Now the bigger problem I have and the reason I wish to solo SIA is because NANOPOOL has not been paying anything that I've mined....

I mined SIA "solo" with -dcri 500, x2 rx480 + 7970, avg 2500Mh/s, per day nanopool pays ~ 6380 sia / 0,006 btc / 4 usd, I expected more. Its SIA less profitable than few days ago when the miner just started to support it?

Difficulty has about doubled, so SC is about half as profitable as a few days ago

Any idea why this happens every time after several minutes of opened app? Is the huge number of rigs a problem (350)? I have to kill process with Task Manager every time. Other groups with less rigs don't have this problem..

I had this same memory error happen with my 4 rigs. Error happens about once a week. Have not seen the error yet after upgrading to 5.0

I have 2 GPU HD7970 on Windows 7 64 bit, all works fine until I use teamviewer for remote connection, the AMD driver (Crimson 15.12) stop to work and from GPU-Z and MSI Afterburner I can not see any GPU infos. I have try to reinstall the AMD driver but the problem is still present.
The monitor is not connected to the Computer.

I had lower hash rates and and driver crashing when I started the miner while connected in using teamviewer. The fix I found was adding a shortcut to the start.bat file into windows startup folder. Stable for over 600 hours.

So on every boot the miner will launch. I also made the windows user auto login, and added this line to the .bat file:

timeout /t 30 /nobreak

That line gives a 30 second delay before the .bat file executes the next command in the file.

@Claymore
Any ideas to what might cause this error msg
GPU 2, OpenCL error -4 - cannot create DAG on GPU
I only recently get this error, after some random number of watchdog restarts the gpu builds the dag fine, i tried serializing dag generation and lowering clocks neither has any effect.
Which GPU model, driver version, system RAM do you use?
Edit: On an unrelated note all 7950 and 280 cards on this rig only show 64% gpu load in gpuz...Also my other rig 5 r9 280x all gpu show 64% gpu usage.
My 7850 has always shown 64% usage - I've never seen it go higher.  I've no idea why the card doesn't max out, I figured this was normal.  If you find a way to get your cards to 100% utilization, I'd be interested to know what you did.

What speed are you getting with your 7850? I am getting 11.6 MH/s ETH, 232 MH/s DCR with 1000/1500 clocks, -dcri 40 in Ubuntu 14.04

Install Ubuntu desktop 14.0.4 (LTS), and choose login without password during the setup.

sudo apt-get update -y
sudo apt-get -y install fglrx (there doesn't seem to be any difference with fglrx-updates on 14.0.4)
reboot

Download the Claymore miner, edit start.bash with your pool info. See first post of thread for pool examples

Is anyone else getting 0 valid ethereum shares submitted since about 5 hours ago? We've been mining around the clock for quite a long time with this miner when not rented. Since about 5 hours ago, 0 valid shares submitted on Dwarfpool. Is it a miner issue, or a pool issue?

I'm on Ethermine and submitting shares just fine.

Can someone give me a good command line to connect to ethpool or ethermine?  It seems to not work the same way as dwarfpool.
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal 0xe4b10dff72b58a363a3c8b70e21cfb236e2697c9.asus -epsw x -di 1 -esm 1 -mode 1 -r 0 -etha 0 -ethi 16 -ftime 10

and same for linux?

Linux (Ubuntu) looks like:

export GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR=0
export GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE=100
export GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS=1
export GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
export GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
./ethdcrminer64 -epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal 0xe4b10dff72b58a363a3c8b70e21cfb236e2697c9.asus -epsw x -di 1 -esm 1 -mode 1 -r 0 -etha 0 -ethi 16 -ftime 10

make sure you notice export and the added equals sign
