Sounds strange if you say betballer was a top tier destination for sports gambler but you lost your financial backing. Good thing is that you are letting your players to cashout before the closing.

Betballer hasn't be very active on here lately, Can anyone please confirm if this website is safe to use? On my browser it says not secure, and the website keeps going offline. I have not used Flutterclub in ages, I'd appreciate it if current users can post a honest review here. Thanks in advance.

this is betballer specific. One of the owners of BetBaller also owns GGBook and he has ran away with customer funds.

Betballer scam

BetBaller is the most crazy scam I have ever seen within the past 10 years. They publicly state terms and conditions on their website, which are not enforceable by Irish law! You can not start a court case or file a criminal complaint at the police in Dublin.

This is because the BetBaller gaming account balances and winnings are not enforceable in Ireland! Hence, they give to their existing and potential new customers the impression that there would be enforceable terms and conditions, while in reality, this is not the case.

They clearly commit a willful deception, because they perfectly know that their alleged ToS are not enforceable at all. Please also note that it is a human right to enforce a legally binding agreement, while this is not possible here. Hence, Betballer intentionally breach a basic human right that is covered by the UN charta.

I trust everyone is able to understand that if you can not enforce gaming account balances and winnings in Ireland, the first sentence in the ToS section of a website must be “Please note that the below stated terms and conditions are not enforceable by Irish law”.

At the register formular must be also a hint that BetBaller account balances are not enforceable thru legal channels. If thereafter someone want to deposit and play there, it is up to him/her. But it is very shady to state juridical not valid ToS and suggest they would be.

Yes, victims will leave the website, and make scam accusations, therefore they need to do real business to keep the customers playing in the site. It means good customer services, and not confiscate the fund.

I might take this to court cause I have no doubt I would win this case. Betting same amount at different accounts is proof of nothing. You would either need to prove that the same  IP logged into several accounts or if  using a VPN  that the same device logged into several accounts with a VPN.  To avoid this you would only need to pay 140 euros to me.

I don't know why you are experiencing that problem. I don't have any issues with them since I played with betballer. Just wait for their response and you'll be fine soon.


I tried playing with them and their support is quite good enough I need to inform the support before cashing out to approved my request.

This company has not sent me any evidence via e-mail in spite of their claims which of course is like I expected.

What a joke really. Take a look at this written on 02.02.2017:

They themselves told 30.01.2017 here that: "We had a tonne of accounts set up from Finnish players over the space of a few days. Every player bet the same amounts to reach €500 turnover, got their accounts verified and tried to withdraw their full balance immediately afterwards."

What a bunch of unprofessionals coming to forums to argue with players with nothing but self-made guesses. AVOID!

Speaking of an accusation of betting both sides of a match that can be easily checked out upon looking at my betting stats. That did never happen. I might have had same matches selected as others but that is not due to me knowing other members but purely because I used oddscomparison website which is legal right? I know this betting pattern only because of the discussion at the other forum where you also posted your accusation towards me and there you defined how you think I exploited you. When it comes to wagering only the minimum that can just be wise thinking as most people can use their brains.

No I have not. They simply are thinking that I am behind those all accounts because several players rushed into this bookmaker when they found out about it at a local forum. All of them played with style 50 euros per bet and 10 bets altogether which in itself is according to the terms and conditions and how mathematically aware people tend to bet.
