Love when people say it's dead.Crypto is only 1 decade old. Just imagine a few years or decades more. Patience could really pay off on altcoins. I see it as a once in a lifetime deal. HODL, if you have money . Who risks nothing has nothing. It could happen again be ready or not.
I don't think cryptocurrency is dead we could see the market is having its developments and growth through the years and also the same as the cryptocurrency.
We have bitcoin and other popular altcoins in the market still profitable, still, the volatility of bitcoin makes it one of the bitcoin investment in cryptocurrency I don't think cryptocurrency is dead and I can't think of a way how it is going to be dead or disappear.

Re: Should i quit on joining bounty campaign?
by
Bitcoinbitcoin0909
on 25/09/2018, 15:52:41 UTC
It was an unfortunate event that i was able to join an ICO campaign that was really not good in terms of their management. They are requiring to do the bounty hunters a KYC process as to help them identify the real bounty hunters. Well that is good though and i am confident that i am able to comply in the KYC process. However, a couple of months pass the team requires the bounty hunters to contribute with 0.1 eth and that time I was about to think why when in fact they will do KYC? So i think there is something fishy out there in their ICO and i quit joining bounty campaigns. I posted more than 200 post for them but sad to say my efforts had gone to nothing. I am afraid now to join ICO bounty campaign. Should i quit? Well anyway i found SONDER and this time i am sure that i have joined a good ICO having a live sales which sold million of tokens in their private sales. No question with the success we are almost reaching the soft cap and i am planning also to invest with them as the team told us that our contribution as eth increases so does our tokens. WOw i am really impressed with these ICO. The team are working hard and i am happy and great to be with these team. I finally found the one.
Never ever do such actions or else you will suffer a  lot with it  you will be careless with your actions. Leaving your job to focus on joining bounty campaign is not a bad thing yet it is a very unpractical move. If you really want to have assured profits every month, then have a job while joining bounty campaign since it cannnot always grant you profiy every time.

Does anyone else regret that hasn't invested in certain Altcoins that now rose 400-800%? Because I regret it a lot. :|
We all have regrets for not investing as soon as we can. A lot of altcoins have improved a lot after bitcoin gained much more popularity and increased value. We can still aid the regret from missing the chance to invest by investing as soon as we can right now amidst the crisis occuring since it may get better and lead to much more benefits.

Re: ETH to hold now or not?
by
Bitcoinbitcoin0909
on 25/09/2018, 14:41:38 UTC
Although the whole market is red, I'm very much afraid of holding ETH now. In my opinion, ETH was fluctuated to its ATH when people were more interested investing in ICO. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.
What's your thoughts on it? Should I hold now?
I think we should keep on holding right now and together with it, we should keep on believing that it will soon go to the moon again. If we are going to be pessimistic and impatient about it, then we should not expect anything from it anymore. Ethereum has all the potential of surviving and being successful in the future so let us not grow tired on waiting for it to recover.

Re: Stop Crying about Crypto!
by

on 25/09/2018, 13:45:28 UTC
What is the famous saying....."If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen."

There are so many people crying about the recent dip of BTC that I'm frankly getting annoyed. You should know the risk involved in investing in crypto. If not, don't even waste your money. Go buy a CD that won't make more than the rate of inflation. Remember investing is literally legalized gambling. Treat it as such or don't even jump in the pool.
You cannot really blame them for crying out too much due to the continuous dump occuring in the crypto world. It really hurts and it gives a lot of people the burden due to loosing a lot of money in just a short span of time. You can advice them to leave crypto already if they can't handle the pain anymore but let them mourn for all the money they've lost.

on 25/09/2018, 11:48:09 UTC
Bitcoin dipped to 7500$ and i think now it is danger zone could go to 3000$-4000$ again.
Good chance for newcomers, sorry for those who bought bitcoin at 18,000$ an 11,000$ Cheesy

What do you think? How low bitcoin can go?

Just hodl it
There are a lot of people already who lost plenty of money because of being too impatient and panic selling. Don't try committing the same mistake they did. The market maybe down now but nobody knows up until when will it be down. If we are going to be smart and wise in our decisions, we should keep on holding and believing that bitcoin will soon pump again for sure.

Re: Can human stupidity affect the movement of the market?
by

on 24/09/2018, 14:34:57 UTC
Hello, community. Political, economic and social news in the media significantly affect the life and behavior of the crowd. How can crypto news affect the movement of the market?
It can totally affect it knowing that most of the contributions cryptos recieve is from the crowd's demand. If people will let their stupidity take over their decisions with their investments, then we will recieve more negative news from the market. To avoid such things from happening, we should always be smart and wise with our decision and every move we make here in the crypto world.

Re: Why is Bitcoin still a slave of Fiat?
by
Bitcoinbitcoin0909
on 24/09/2018, 14:18:11 UTC
Why is Bitcoin tied to Fiat? Why is Bitcoin value moving like a stock? satoshi said the value will be derived by the limit of total coins. But we are seeing the opposite. Why dont we mathematically calculate the value of bitcoin according to the amount of bitcoin mined?

Like

Agreed Value * Bitcoins Mined = New Value

0.0010 * 1 = 0.0010
0.0010 * 2 = 0.0020
Bitcoin is still slave of fiat simply because bitcoin is not legal yet and fiat is being used all over the world. By simply having that, we can already see that bitcoin is still nothing compared to fiat yet but when the time comes that bitcoin became legal, it will surely take over and might even replace fiat in the future.

Re: Bitcoin after several years?
by
Bitcoinbitcoin0909
on 24/09/2018, 14:07:27 UTC
what do you think will happen on bitcoin after several years?
i expect that bitcoin will a more bigger continuities and maybe that we can use bitcoin currency in public like buying in a supermarket cause we alk know that technology in our world was growing in every second that's only what I'm thinking
what about your thoughts?

There are a lot of possibilities in the future for bitcoin considering the continuous changes happening on it every day, week, month and year. We cannot be certain at one assumption. Anything can happen anytime. All that we can do is to continue supporting and investing on bitcoin so that it will still reign as the strongest up until the future.

Re: Why spend time in bitcoins?
by
Bitcoinbitcoin0909
on 24/09/2018, 13:56:55 UTC
We all experience being financially challenged and we cannot deny that money makes us revolve around it. When we find ways to alleviate our financial suffering, we stand our ground and spend so much effort just to see the result and of course, benefit from it. Do you think that spending time and effort to gain bitcoins is a rational idea? Do you think that you could've been wasting your time? Let me know about your thoughts.
In order to gain much profits here in bitcoin, you need to allot time and effort first. If you are too lazy for such works, then you should not expect anything from bitcoin. Most of the millionaires here in bitcoin spent almost half of their lives just to get to the top and I want to be like that's why I don't bother when people are saying I am wasting my time on bitcoin.

Re: Will the bitcoin be outdated by another currency?
by
Bitcoinbitcoin0909
on 24/09/2018, 13:47:13 UTC
My answer to the principle is: NO

Bitcoin is money, the value of money is built on confidence, tradition and security, attributes that Bitcoin offers easily. The analogy between Bitcoin and social networks is completely incorrect, people think that Bitcoin is an myspace that will be replaced by facebook. It turns out that Bitcoin is money and not a social network, so this comparison is completely wrong.

Most of mankind's wealth resides in vaults for hundreds of years, so the circulating medium is derisory close to it. Why are we going to need fast, no-fee coins if we can use paper money and banks? Bitcoin's purpose is to be a safe asset, scarce and superior to gold. What is behind Bitcoin is the fact that no politician can steal you through taxes or inflation, there is nothing safer than Blockchain and Bitcoin. So far no technologically superior currency has emerged to Bitcoin to the point of provoking an abyss between technologies and will hardly emerge.

BUY BITCOIN TODAY AND ALWAYS.
I don't think so. Maybe there is a very small chance that bitcoin will be outdated by another cryptocurrency. We all know how powerful and well built bitcoin is and the possibility that things will change in the future for it is very little. We should keep our hopes high for bitcoin knowing that it wouldn't disappoint us for sure.

Hey guys, what do you think about today’s market situation? Market is growing really fast. Will it keep going like this?
Well, today market's situation is not as good as it was before. We are all in the middle of a crisis right now and we should learn to adopt so that we can keep on surviving and earning amidst all the dumps occuring everyday. Also, we should still have faith on crypto since it is still fighting and moving forward even some people are already starting to doubt them.

Re: When will people feel comfortable using BTC ?
by
Bitcoinbitcoin0909
on 17/09/2018, 15:41:03 UTC
When will people spend BTC as easily as fiat , not seeing it as an investment opportunity but a better currency for them to use ? Most of my friends that I have currently told about Bitcoin are most intrigued by its rapid rate of growth and not its outstanding features as a currency. They don't really care that it is free from government control , but are more focused on the fact that it has risen xy%

I don't really spend much of my Bitcoin , because I am always in fear.
I am not talking about cashing out , but for digital goods.

How do you spend 10 mBTC on a 5$ digital good when you believe that the same 10mBTC is worth atleast 15$ , probably more.
How much of your Bitcoin have you hoarded , and how much have you really spent ?
I am under the impression that people tend to hoard more with BTC than with fiat , considering it an investment more than a currency

I don't know how to make a poll here , so :- http://strawpoll.me/1793917
This is not referring to your blockchain.info statistic , which includes money you have moved around. I am looking at money you have truly spent vs total amount of BTC you have received.

Overall , I'm trying to look at how much my guess is true by the poll and your estimates of when majority of people will start looking at BTC as a currency.

EDIT : I'm not sure this is the right section , tell me if this should go in General Discussion or so.
Knowing that bitcoin was already banned in some countries, it will be a really hard thing that happens. In order to change people's mindset, we should show them more that bitcoin is not a bad thing for someone or for a country's economy. If we are not going to do anything about it, people will not be comfortable with the use of it anymore.

There is a possibility but still it would take up a long time before that happens considering the expensive value of bitcoin and the price gap of it with other altcoins. Bitcoin has built it success after a long time of criticism and doubtful minds of the people but still it reigns dominant so it would be hard to outdate bitcoin.

Re: Wise thing to do with your savings.
by
Bitcoinbitcoin0909
on 17/09/2018, 15:01:05 UTC
I see that many of you actually liked the concept of 20 % method wherein you allot 20% of your earnings to be saved as emergency fund.
So I was thinking, if that 20% allotted will be invested in a time deposit kind of account, will it still be possible to earn as much or invest it in cryptocurrency? Or maybe just let the money sleep until such time you will need it?
What will be a wise kove to do with the noney you have saved up?
The wisest thing to do with your savings for me is to make sure that you don't get to spend it on full for investments. Always remember what its purpose is, to be used for emergency or for the future to secure your finances. Be smart with your investments if ever you will get some from your savings so that it wouldn't go to waste.

Re: What will happen to bitcoin?
by
Bitcoinbitcoin0909

Bitcoin at the present time resembles as a bubble.Once it goes up, it immediately pops out.  It is normal that the price of bitcoin gets down but it's been a long time since it is on its original value or higher than its real value. Those who invest these past few months are suffering a lot of loaaes and they are losing hope that bitcoin will continue to drastically decrease in value.  Do you have guys some advice for me? It will be really appreciated and I will be eternal grateful.
By simply looking at the status of bitcoin right now, we can already assume that bitcoin's successful future is slowly fading as time passes by and as the value gets low continuously. Though that is what's happening right now, we can still make a difference by simply supporting it through continuous investment and who knows, maybe it will surprise us one day all of a sudden.

People are spending a lot of time here in bitcoin so that they can earn big in the future. It may be irritating to spend time waiting and investing in bitcoin but still it is always worth it to work hard and earn later on. If we are expecting much from bitcoin, then we are supposed to spend a lot of time on it to get what we really want.

Bitcoin or Ethereum, Which of these coins will rule in 2018?
I don't think it is really necessary to pick but if I am to choose one, I will still  try hard supprting botj. Maybe we should pay respect and attention to both ethereum and bitcoin since they are the hottest crypto right now and it is also capable of  bringing you large amount of money if only you are going to invest hadd in it.

Re: Will every crypto coin survive?
by
Bitcoinbitcoin0909
on 11/09/2018, 15:57:15 UTC
I think that 95% of crypto coins and tokens won't survive and the reason is that a crypto coin in order to survive and get value it has to be accepted as a way of payment for purchase goods or services.
Very few coins will manage to do it at the end of the day and of course these coins will get enormous value.
The only thing you have to do is to find out which coins will enter the market of real currencies.
I don't think so, not all crypto will survive knowing that not everyone will support each and every crypto existing right now, they will only support those that has the capability to grow and survive more. If we are going to analyze it further more, by just having the fact that crypto is being banned in some country, it already shows that some crypto won't survive anymore due to lack of demand.
