I'm only about 1/4 through this thread and while it is great late-night entertainment while waiting for confirmations, honestly I think you guys are being sort of dicks. I don't know what has happened beyond what I have read, but mainly because I think so much of my own opinion, I won't wait until I've read everything to comment.
austin, you went in to this loan being almost certain that he would default. As you said you were hoping to find the rare honest person asking for help here... but more than that you knew you knew you could enforce the loan physically or otherwise in the likely event that he defaulted. I really don't have a problem generally with "doxing" (or whatever) people who pull scams, or enforcing contracts/punishing violators in other "creative" ways. It just seems to me as though you knew what the result would be when you entered the agreement. Normally I would say that is your business, but I guess what's really bothering me about this is... pay the pizza guys, people. Don't screw over completely innocent low-wage hard-working stiffs... it makes those of you who did no better than the rip-off artist.
Kudos to Tradefortress for sending the scammer's loan application fee to austin, class act.
