National TV license means what, indian television? And I googled for NSE and its Indian Stock Exchange, wow! And regulators permitted you to launch an indian ETF?? That alone is a big news. Maybe its just your mouth farting out words... but anyway if that is true... I can not imagine a living soul willing to purchase a random shitcoin ETF.
