The biggest problem here is not the problem the Electroneum team faced currently (and will be solved), but the insatiable greed of some investors. They think they will become a millionaire within a month or two. Almost all coins in the past have fallen up to 80% (including BTC) of their original price, but gradually recovered.
In addition, it seems that many of the ETN investors are not just totally beginners in the cryptoworld but also in usage of the computer technology in general (e.g., many of them set to simple passwords for their accounts, many of them didnt know what is difference between private and public key, many of them even didnt read how to create an off-line wallet, many of them didnt include ID when they sent their coins to the exchange, many of them mistakenly believe that the ETN team is responsible for solving problems related to mining, miners, and exchange issues etc. etc.).
