In order to comply with growing regulatory concerns, we are returning all monies collected from our ICO. Additionally, we must cease any bounty activities. It is our interpretation that we may not compensate bounty participants. We regret that this action must be taken. As a U.S. company, we are under increased scrutiny from regulatory agencies. We want to continue remain wholly compliant. Blüpass is not abandoning our project. We are simply seeking another compliant method for funding in the near future.
