Re: Circulating supply matters to you?
by

What is the fair percentage of a total max supply that are in circulation that can make you invest in a project? It is fine to avoid a project that has low circulating supply? Why? What about if the project is a brand new project and the use case is killing it?
well it's tricky to answer, because some might have huge number of tokens minted, so even if they release 5 percent as the circulating supply, it could be a very huge amount of token, so first, i look at the total supply before circulating

Re: Is it wise to stake your crypto currency

In most custodian wallets like trust wallet staking is available for most crypto currencies including trx.is it better to stake such a coin or hodl it
If you are holding your coin for a long term, it's a good idea to stake them and have some passive income on them instead of leaving them to lay idle on your wallet, but make sure you stake your coin in a secure and trusted platform because u could lose your funds

Re: SIGNS THAT A CRYPTO PROJECT IS A SCAM

That's not really a great highlight point for me even some good project might follow some of the part you mentioned, for me one the major signs for me is when the project team are faceless people and you can't have any trace about them, no socials account for the team members and all, they can exist and no one would hold them.

Re: Thoughts on the Next Crypto Opportunity
by

Regardless of any digital currency, it does not have any value itself. Its value comes from whether there is a market and whether it can be used in circulation. If it does not have these two points, it will not have much value. If there is a digital currency that can be used in a specific way  If it becomes a currency in circulation, its value will be very high.  Do you guys have any recommendations for this type of currency?
Well I will like to say that digital currency values come from the problem it's trying to solve and the community behind that's my own opinion

Re: 32nd Binance Launchpad Project Arkham
by

on 18/07/2023, 03:50:37 UTC
I have told people not to bet against BNB, there are many reasons to hold the tokens and Launchpad is one of the reasons, we are about entering the bull market and most projects that have not raised fund from the public will try to use Binance Launchpad because of the exposure and the liquidity benefit it provides for the projects. I will surely participate in the Launchpad and just hope the project do well. I have used Arkham platform before but still need a lot of work to be done to be among the top go analytical tool in the market.
Arkham project is the first time i will participate in Binance Launchpad and the whole process seems confusing, Arkham seeks to raise 2.5M and as the time of writing this about 7M BNB has been locked from about 110,794, i am waiting to see how they will distribute the tokens and what each participant will get

Re: Buy ETH as much as you can....
by

on 16/07/2023, 22:29:06 UTC
I see ETH to become next blessing in disguise, I remember when it was around $100 people condemned it not to go anywhere within the space of a month interval ETH shuck the price in 500% increase and today is about $1800 let's watch and see ETH will create unbreakable records, channel some useless coins you have to ETH and relax in future.
Well ethereum is the second most popular coin that introduced smart contract so it is expected that the price of ethereum will shoot up in the coming years, it might not happen now, maybe in the future as more people join and adopt crypto space.

Re: What holds you back from investing in Altcoins ?
by
Bolivar_Tony
on 16/07/2023, 22:24:34 UTC
When a bear market occurs, the thing that makes me not want to invest in altcoins is that I'm afraid the price will fall. even more so if it is a new altcoin. although this can be seen as an opportunity to increase the number of altcoins at a low price, it is quite difficult to invest again when we still have these altcoins. seeing its value fall is enough to make a lot of people frustrated.
However, it's only natural that people hesitate to adopt an altcoin when the price is dropping, even CEOs of many new projects understand the same thing. they sometimes delay their token sale if market conditions worsen. however, some people wouldn't hesitate to buy bitcoin or the popular altcoin in the current situation.
In the actually sense, the bear market is actually a good time to bag some coins, but i think the problem is buying at the bottom level so that you won't lose much money again and the way to do that is to choose your bottom price

Re: Your thoughts on the impending Litecoin Halving?
by
Bolivar_Tony
on 16/07/2023, 22:19:41 UTC
The Litecoin halving is an event where the block reward for mining Litecoin is cut in half. This happens roughly every 4 years for Litecoin, in a similar fashion to Bitcoin with the goal of controlling the supply of Litecoin—making it more scarce over time and potentially leading to LTC price appreciation after the halving event.

The last Litecoin halving occurred in August 2019. The next halving is slated to happen on 2nd August 2023. Typically, there’s volatility and uncertainty surrounding halving events as investors speculate on the impact to  supply and price. However, the effects of a halving generally play out over months and years after the event itself.

While the effects of halving are not always immediate, most traders are already exploring various means to accumulate LTC, leading to the increased demand of the token and LTC giveaway events like the one on Bitget, for instance. Leading to the question— Do you see a bullish trend as a result of the coming halving event?
In my own opinion i think half is a welcome idea and development, it's basically use for price control and making sure the coins price remains stable, So we wait for the halving and see the impact it will make.
My question to the pros in the house, is it a good call to bag some LTC

Re: Be patient and you will be there soon.
by
Bolivar_Tony
on 16/07/2023, 22:15:24 UTC
Patient is one of the key every BTC holders must embrace when waiting for bull market to come, because is a type of season every long and short BTC holders want to see before the end of the year before they can visit the market to sell. I bought BTC early last year when the price was $20k, and the price has taken a good step early this year to hit $30k which is very close to my expectations before I will start selling my BTC to have another opportunity to buy and hold for another bull to come. If you can endure with the current price situation, and hold not to allow any challenges make you to sell in this condition, I guess you will make a huge amount of profits from your holding soon. If the price of BTC reach $40k next month will you sell? I know many people will not sell until the price reach $100k, which it will take a long years before such dream will come to pass. What is your opinion.
Your whole title is contradicting itself. IF you are patient you are not expecting anything happening soon and you need to adjust your expectations indefinitely. It might be months, or years depending how patient you are going yo be but "patience" and "soon" in a same sentence is a premise of a joke.
Exactly my thought, in crypto you need to have price expectation and like you did mentioned, you have reach your price expectation but still needed more, crypto space is unpredict anyways, anything can happen and price can go in any direction, so keep your price expectation and take little profit

Re: XRP - why no major pump? What to expect now?
by
Bolivar_Tony
on 16/07/2023, 03:11:20 UTC
I have only been invested in XRP for 3 months and its great they have now won the case but I expected more.

For months I have been reading and watching videos online of predictions ranging from $2-10 when they win case and it didnt even reach $1. Why?

I will hold for now and buy more if we go lower but did expect more , what is everyone else thinking?
Price prediction is a mere speculation, people predict base some some external factors but that doesn't mean their prediction will come to fruition, it could go side ways, at the end of the day, it's all about taking some risk and wait for the outcome,

Re: Suggest a promising project at an early stage?
by
Bolivar_Tony
on 16/07/2023, 03:07:18 UTC
AI coins is stil in early stage, if you patience enough to hold for more than 3 years it gonna be a big investment for you. Try to read and do your own research in top AI coins such as AGIX and GRT.
If I'm not mistaken, I also made x10 profits with GRT, there are times when it is exaggerated and we don't need to care too much about technology, spend a little time on financial potential of the project to see them as powerful enough for the pumps. Although the current market landscape is quite volatile as well as the trends are gradually revealed, the field of AI can be considered as a dream land that attracts a lot of attention, I think in the next bull cycle. except for the possibility that the GRT will also get good thrust.
You hit the point man!, majority of people in crypto space don't care about the tech, it's all about financial gains, truth be told making money from anywhere in the world is what made crypto so popular and buzzing, imagine if it were only just wall street? how many people can gain access to invest and make some cash?

It's just their time to shine, remember how we move from smart contracts, to defi, to nft and now to ai, it will last for a while another new trend will come and attention will shift to the new trend, crypto space is fast pace and unpredictable

by

My only worry about shiba is there total supply, it's so huge, If they can cut down on their supply, like do token burns from time to time, it's possible there might interesting times ahead, even big company like BNB do token burn from time to time, I am still holding some bags and wish it will do well like xrp and Dodge in the future

Re: Is there a digital currency with higher security?
by
Bolivar_Tony
on 16/07/2023, 02:53:35 UTC
The following factors have guided investments into alternative crypto projects other than bitcoin over the years.

- Team (important)
- Project value proposition
- Community (important)
- Tokenmetrics

I might have missed a few things but these are the key areas to start doing your research from. In every aspect, we want to ask how and why questions - For instance: How is the Tokenmetrics defined? Who gets what and when? Questions like this will help provide some path to understanding the project and coming up with a final decision.
I agree with your point but to also added the investors investing in the project, there are many well known big investment firm, investing in project start up, if such projects have one or more of such investors it's a good sign.

Re: How do you decide on a buy price target?
by
Bolivar_Tony
on 10/07/2023, 22:49:00 UTC
It's always difficult to tell the price actually, so i choose a particular price and make it a target price for both buy and sell, If the price gets there; fine if it doesn't i will wait until the price gets there, there is no need chasing for price rather set your own target price.

Re: Bitcoin vs XRP?
by
Bolivar_Tony
on 10/07/2023, 22:45:41 UTC
I think it will be nonsense to compare any altcoin with the bitcoin. Bitcoin is the best secure and potential coin in the Cryptocurrencies world. I don't find any other currency for defending the decentralisation systems of bitcoin. I will not saying that xrp was the worst coin , it have also good reputation on the market but compared to bitcoin it place will be very behind. So stop comparing these kind of valueless compare.
We align on this honestly, comparing any altcoin with bitcoin is just out of context to be honest, bitcoin is the first project to come out with blockchain concept and till date no one is the founder or the team, it's basically a community driven project, so it can't be compare with xrp that have team members and implemented the concept of blockchain.

it looks like the trend in NFT is just passing. even take as an example the new blockchain of Sui 90% of NFTs that have released outright garbage on it and has no value. The other day they handed out, as it were, unique NFTs and it is not clear what they are for and what benefits they bring at the moment, there is a lot of uncertainty.
Total agreed with you i bought the SUI NFT blueshark, with all the noise and all, it went up a bit and after it went down, In my own opinion i think the era of NTF is coming to an end, just like how the ICO era ended, but we shall see in the coming months.

Re: Is Bearish market the right time to buy coins?
by
Bolivar_Tony
on 10/07/2023, 22:37:18 UTC
In bearish market i only stick to big coins such as top 10 coins in CMC. So even tough the price drop drastically im just gonna hold it and no need to stress about it, but remember always DYOR. Sometimes bearish market can be our opportunity to get more money.
It's always risky generally, I think it's bitcoin and probably ethereum that i can stick because i am sure they will eventually go up again, any of those top with team members could suffer the same thing Luna did or SEC can go after them and it's all over
