Ramifi Protocol: Injection Offering (IO) explained
What is an Injection offering?
An injection offering is a new and innovative way to provide investors and the crypto-community with a more sensible approach to token offerings. The process of Ramifi’s (RAM) Injection Offering begins with a Market Maker introducing a 50/50 split of Ethereum and RAM token of equal value, where 1 ram token is priced at 1 dollar. This offering will be held and created on the decentralized exchange UniSwap v2. As tokens are purchased based on the initial value, the amounts in the Market Maker contract will be readjusted on a 24 hour basis. This means that when the contract reaches its first 24 hour cycle, more RAM Token and Ethereum is ‘injected’ into the contract rebalancing 1:1 to stabilize price. Overtime, these cycles will eventually allow a natural distribution to desiring holders until all tokens have been sold (800,000 RAM).

Why are you using an Injection Offering?
Ramifi created the injection offering to allow market forces to determine and drive how money will be raised for the protocol. We consider this to be a more fluid and dynamic structure which allows investors to participate and profit from an offering by adding liquidity.

How will I be able to add liquidity to the offering?
Uniswap V2 users will be able to participate and generate daily compounded interest from the offering by adding tokens purchased or airdropped and to the Uniswap Liquidity Pool Contract. Uniswap’s protocol allows for simple and easy participation in both the Injection Offering and the Liquidity Pool.

When does the Injection Offering start?
The Ramifi injection offering begins December 7th, the Monday after the Pre-Launch Bounty Program has been completed and distributed.

after observing the team's work and community and the Founder's Twitter profile, i can say that i seriously do not see any sign that EMJAC is a scam. Please remove the suspicious label. Also please remove the negative points i have received due to these accusations without any real evidence.

pointing to one site that's registered a few months older than another, is not proof of a scam.

look at the CEO's twitter page at https://twitter.com/MasterKwan2 and you can see that he does indeed participate openly at big public conferences and government run events with serious people all around him.

please have a look and let me know what you think.  i truly believe that EMJAC's reputation has been maligned here in bitcointalk, and that's a shame because my only intention in posting about EMJAC was to let people know about a project that i think is really great.   and as for my experience in the relevant field actually i know quite a lot more than most people about recycling and clean energy solutions as well as blockchain and crypto projects.  so yeah i am just about as credentialed as anyone need be to discuss the topic on an open forum that does not require any credentials to speak my mind.

OP here. I posted the best information I knew about tombola at the time, following plenty of research.

Of course, you should always do your own research, especially in crypto or any volatile market. 

So they changed their blockchain. That doesn't mean, however, that the ICO is bad.  It just means they've chosen to take a different track on the tech.

As for any questions about the math and estimates in the white paper, you really should do the math for yourself and I urge you to contact the team directly on their site and social channels. 

All I was doing was sharing what I knew about an ICO that I thought the community would appreciate. And I think if you score it, you'll find that overall, the post and info in it are transparent and honest, and those are elements which far outweigh little technical details.

Here's what I was told by EMJAC's staff:

"The bitcoinance.net website is fake. They just took all info from EMJAC website . I dont know how to give proof to you but that is what happen"

On my end, my staff and I are looking into your claims. We are very selective in the crypto projects we choose to post about, evangelize or promote in any way.

What I can tell you is that their social channel on Telegram is active and the admins are responsive to inquiries. So I would direct your questions to that address, to make sure you get the best, updated answers from actual EMJAC staff members.

While it's up to you to do what you want with your complaint post, I hope you will consider that my post about EMJAC was made with the best information I had at the time, and that I take your concerns seriously and will continue to look into it until I find more information to verify one way or the other.

Here's a thought:

As long as people store their private keys and other crypto details on their connected devices (and many people do) ... "the blockchain is only as secure as the least secure computer that's connected to it", with crypto account details easily accessible, even for amateur crackers.

That may help improve the market reception of crypto projects, as it would be a practical app to protect their assets online.
