It depends on what mathematical algorithm they use. If there were an equal distribution of rewards based solely on the number of wings forecast, then $250,000 to ~13,000,000 WINGS forecast would mean about $.02 USD per WING forecast. I would assume that it will be a bit more per WING forecast the closer you were, and a bit less the further away you were. So if I had to guess, I would say it ranges from $.005 per WING you forecasted, to maybe $.04 if you were very close. So if you used 1000 WINGS to forecast, you would have maybe between $5 and $40 depending on your accuracy.
But that is a complete guess. The algorithm could more heavily favor accuracy and give WAY more rewards to the accurate forecasters, or it could skew more heavily towards a more equal distribution in which case it could be a much narrower difference between accurate and inaccurate forecasters.
Once the smart contract is run we should be able to figure it out fairly easily.

As I remember it was about 0.57 USD
Looking back at my sale.augur.net account, I paid 269,190 sats for every 1 Augur Rep coin. I bought mine on the last day so I didn't get any bonus.

Was a year ago! Long wait for REP holders but I'm very sure it will be worth it! Actually the Augur REP ICO was 2 years ago, it ended in October of 2014.

I took at look at the https://www.blocksafefoundation.com/ page and googled around for the articles that were mentioned on the bottom.
