Сейчас столько много разных обменников, что не думаю, что обменнику есть смысл обманывать своих клиентов. У пользователей слишком большой выбор и слишком большая конкуренция. Поэтому не думаю, что обменники будут обманывать и при этом жить долго, когда есть такая большая конкуренция.
Если обменник хочет жить долго и иметь много клиентов он должен вести себя честно и не обманывать своих пользователей. Сейчас столько обменников появилось, что трудно сказать какой из них лучший, но уж точно не следует обманывать своих клиентов.

Возникла проблеиа с оюменником, мой бит адрес попал под амл политику.
Хотя по сути не должно было, как оказалось мне человек перевёл с грязного адреса.
По итоги списался с поддержкой обменника, попросили предоставить нужную инфу, предоставил. Наверное в течении 5 часов ситуация разрешилась и возврат сделан.
Плюс приятная поддержка, подсказала где проверять свой адрес перед обменом, чтобы подобных казусов не было.
Хотя по сути не должно было, как оказалось мне человек перевёл с грязного адреса.

Да так бывает. В таком случае лучше предоставить все нужные документы как можно быстрее. чтобы не было проблем с обменом.
Для того, чтобы не попасть на эти кус разные, перед обменом стоит проверять свой адрес на грязь, благо сейчас сервисов для этого не мало.

Единственный плюс тут, что сервис не забил б@лт на развитие после того как добавился на бестов, это похвально.
Далеко не все обменики добавляют эту функцию именно по причинам безопасности. Они предпочитают все сделать медленно и вручную, но верно, чтобы избежать мошенников. А мошенников много и каждый наровит обмануть, если есть такая возможность.
То что просто и удобно пользователям не всегда удобно для самих обменников и удобства не всегда безопасны. А вообще я считаю, что если ты сам деньги меняешь, то будь добр все перепроверить по много раз, чтобы избежать ошибок и не давать поводов для беспокойств.
