Hi all,
I have an account with 1xBit. I have it since two years ago, and I never had problems with them.
Last Friday I requested a withdrawal of 0.5BTC to my Ethereum wallet, and the withdrawal is still "processing" since then.
After waiting a couple of days, I started looking in forums opinions about 1xBit and I certainly was really surprised about so many scam accusations.
Considering what is happening to me right now, I'm just posting asking for suggestions, as 1xBit support is not answering nor providing any information on the issue, I'm seeing their Ethereum account working (processing deposits and withdrawals) normally (and with over 300ETH balance) and every time I contact their live chat their only answer is that "I have to wait for the specialists"
Has this happened to any of you with 1xBit? Was it solved? I've been scammed? If so, how could I proceed?

Have 1xbit account for 2 years and playing greatly in their site? but how come that after those years all of a sudden you comes out here and tells some story of having issue? First why on all of the forum or sites you chooses Bitcointalk.org and how come you find this forum?
I don't know What if i am being malicious here but i find this action something like an 1xbit account expansion because after all those scam accusation above you comes here and now

You will receive an e-mail response as soon as the transaction is completed.
Here is their ETH account. No withdrawals pending. So indeed it seems I am being scammed. This is really scary.

Yes, I've been using 1xbit for almost two years without any issue. Is the first time I have an issue like this. All my withdrawals before this one were processed properly. How did I find this forum? Just googled "1xbit not processing withdrawal". Several threads of this forum about scam accusations to 1xbit were the first results. I started to be really scared.
Even though, I waited the whole weekend and all Monday long. I did not post until I gave them 4 days to process a transfer that should be almost instantaneous.
I will post if they finally process the withdrawal? Of course. Is what I desire most, believe me. But they are not giving any answer, and their last comment is really scary, because if they processed the transaction, why they don't provide the TX Hash so I can check?
The only issue I have with them is that they owe me 0.5BTC and they are withholding my payment. Wihdrawal is approved, it is just about they are not processing it and they don't explain why. It would be very simple to solve it on their side, but silence and asking for "understanding" is not what I was expecting from them.
