any solution for this?

https://i.imgur.com/vkjtKDS.png

It is clearly written: not enough memory. You need to increase the virtual memory and it is desirable to add RAM. How much RAM is installed? You need to have at least 4 GB.

"To change the virtual memory settings, go to Start, Control Panel and click on System. Click on the Advanced tab and under the Performance box, click Settings. In Windows 7, you'll need to click on Advanced System Settings on the left side to bring up the System Properties dialog."

Just clear out the logfile.txt folder
power setting to performance
strip down win 10 to just the basic system and turn off all apps and things not needed.

Google your errors and what you want to correct.

I need someone to help me, none of the versions of Claymore work.

Complete system specs including whats loaded on your HDD.SSD

Then what issues are you running in to first to last.

Finally he's back. I really like EWBF's zcash miner and even keep using it because of its's stability.
By the way, I have just tested my MSI 1070 seahawk at 75% power limit, +45 core, +80 mem, 192/7 algo, 14 sol/s.

You should be getting a lot more sol/s with that 1070!

Push your memory up to +400 and see your numbers but increase fan speed and power. As long as you keep the cards cool or (cooler) than 69/c they
will last.

You can push a gtx 1060 3gb to 650 memory because the cuda miners are dependent and use the Nvidia memory. I would up virtual mem to 30000 as well.

Let me know how this goes.

Hello guys , could you please let me know what is the BEST way to stop windows updates as i normally know that but dont know how my windows 10 updated itself with the "Windows 10 April update bla bla...' and my 10 gpu miner  stopped working etc.....then i reinstalled v.17.09 and all back again.

Usually i am stopping windows update services from the services.msc

But it gets enabled again?Huh

Now i just noticed it was enabled again and i disabled it bit i am sure it will enable itself and will update the windows and will have to reinstall again....

Is anyone else experiencimg the same ?

Thanks for your help in advance, first i a want to solve this and i am upgrafing to 11.8 with the latest AMD drivers.

Thanks

Hey Alex,

There are a few ways to do this but the best way to deal with the update is to have a cheap computer (test system) like your main rigs minus GPU's or if you can afford it one gpu 4GB above.

I say this so you won't need to have a machine down while you figure out software & hardware issues.
*The easy (fast) fix is to limit the OS partition drive of your HDD or a 120GB ssd and max out the VR to50000-60000

My large system has a 120Gb ssd and it tells me every other day or so that an issue needs fix because not enough room to update (learn more) then exit the settings screen but I still see the miner working in the background of that message, so it does not pose an issue atm.

I always suggest if its running with restarts every once and awhile let it go and keep an eye on it through ethermine.org screen to check if your miner is up (15 minute delay in reporting)

The more you learn and take notes of your issues will make you a better problem solver and then sometimes computer hardware & software get a mind of their own-really do,lol

Need any help feel free to ask but must be precise on details.

Windows is easy set-up but really a resource hog when it comes to memory.

Now to your question.

The best answer is to write down you're set-up, every piece of hardware, cables, risers, memory, and power supply.

Make sure you have enough watts from the PS ex: your rig draws 650 W at wall make sure you have an 850 or better 1000 because you want it to run cool.

I've been testing a lot of rigs with different setups and found when you try to squeeze the best MH/ from each card you can actually get worse results in the speed of compute.
Back down your overclocking and pump up the power by +5 can really make the GPU compute faster as long as you keep then cool.

I found that a clean version of windows with all the junk turned & apps off and memory set to performance +16000 virtual memory and check icon for thum-nails to work great.

Make sure windows defender is off or better make an exception for the mining software folder and when you open windows defender turn off the app feature as well.
Sometimes you might need to delete the mining software and DL a fresh copy just keep your settings in a note pad file for later use.

Remember to study the mother board features because most motherboards share resources with the USB channels for pci slots so turn the unused USB off, set slot generation and turn secure boot off if you mod the video cards bios then use pickelpatcher to sign the modded bios (video) not mother board.

I use the onboard video with no issues but that's not to say I havn't spend hour getting the settings correct, lol

Just replace the Claymore miner with a new copy of it.  It was a Windows Defender attack that disabled the Claymore miner.  If you are not going to dual mine, use the 10.6 version of the miner since it does not seem to be recognized as a virus when you download it.

windows defender spotted goddam trojans and malware in your Zip File!
winbit coin trojans!!!

I had this or something similar but the system did find one (trojan) but cant find the log to see which one it was. on Sunday around 6pm est. I restarted computer and the command prompt box flashes once when I start the miner.bat file (that's what I names it) and wont restart.

(My miners been running months without an issue, just to note)

Today I am going to trouble shot what I find out here. I removed/reinstalled driver (block-chain-AMD), removed the claymore software, ran two virus checkers, reinstalled claymore from clean flash drive & I had win defender off while I installed fresh programs.

One thing I did notice in the event viewer was a lot of logins & disconnect type 3,7, maybe a hack attempt ? not sure what to look for but that's what it looks like.

My other miner is still online.
I will try that. When you say a windows defender attack, you mean like a hacker because I can create an exception for the whole folder.

I do remember people having this issue when they either forgot to use their wallet or didn't copy the whole address & I checked that too
