Ok, also ich würde sagen das Thema mit der Firmengründung ist komplex und individuell. Deshalb sollte ich das wie von Dir genannt, in Seminaren klären.

Aber irgendwann komme ich ja dann zu dem Punkt wo ich Geld benötige um Mitarbeiter zu bezahlen. Ist es möglich das mit einem ICO zu finanzieren? Auch wenn das Projekt später nichts mehr mit dem Token zu tun hat?

mal angenommen ich hätte ein fundiertes Projekt mit Team und echtem Potenzial. Aber auch nur das.

Nur eine Idee welche zur weiteren Umsetzung Geld benötigen würde. Geld für das Mieten eines Büros und bezahlen der Gehälter.

Dann wäre es doch möglich zu versuchen dieses Projekt über einen ETH-Token zu finanzieren?
Das Produkt wäre ein Computerspiel(bitte ignorieren da es nicht darum geht was genau finanziert wird).

Was müsste ich/wir dafür tun?

1. Als Allererstes müssten wir wohl erst einmal eine Firma gründen. Was mit einem Besuch beim Gewerbeamt und Kosten von weniger als 50€ kein großes Problem darstellt. Richtig?

2. Dann wäre eine Webpräsenz natürlich sinnvoll. IT'ler und Webdesigner sind im Team und können das Ganze realisieren.

3. Wenn ich den Programmieren ein Gehalt zahlen möchte, muss mit ihnen ein Arbeitsvertrag abgeschlossen werden, was mit erheblichem bürokratischem Aufwand verbunden ist? Sozialversicherung usw. Ich habe leider keine Ahnung wie so etwas funktioniert.

4. Dann würden wir ein ausführliches "Whitepaper" und eine Roadmap verfassen. Darin ist alles erläutert. Das Projekt bis ins kleinste Detail beschrieben, alle verwendeten "Technologien" und Analysen, die den "Wert" des Projektes verifizieren. Usw.

Im optimal Fall gibt es zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch schon eine Demo-Software.

Bis zu diesem Punkt gibt es für mich schon sehr viele offenen Fragen.

5. Jetzt würden wir wohl zum Token kommen. Ich würde diesen wie hier beschrieben erstellen:

Und hätte dann eine ETH-Wallet auf der alle Tokens sind.

Diese würde ich dann auf einer Börse wie Bittrex usw. verkaufen und könnte mit diesem Geld die Firma finanzieren? Muss dieses Geld dann versteuert werden oder ähnliches?

Aber ab hier wird es für mich auch nochmal sehr kompliziert. Es ist doch sicher sehr aufwendig seinen Token in eine solche Börse zu bekommen? Und wie und wo verkaufe ich meine ersten Tokens also führe den ICO(?) aus.

Und das wichtigste: Wie bekommen die Investoren am Ende ihren Profit? Und wie wird dieser Profit festgelegt? Muss ich später alle Tokens aufkaufen oder wie funktioniert das?

Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die Antworten auf meine Fragen Bücher füllen können. Möchte es dennoch mal versuchen.

Alles in allem haben wir ein Projekt und das nötige Know-how zur Umsetzung aber kein Geld und keinerlei wissen über die rechtlichen Dinge dahinter.

I dont know why people invest in this coin. For me it looks like a shit coin OVERALL. Richlist... Bad wallet... Bad Homepage... Bad devs... evrything is bad. All they did is making the classic bitcoin wallet look like shit. And all people that are posting here are newcomers pushing this coin. There is abolut nothing serious here...

Diese App steht noch nicht zum Download.

Ich möchte nur mal hören was ihr davon so haltet. Die App ist in sage und schreibe zwei Stunden entstanden, deshalb "Mini-Projekt". Das Ganze ist nichts Großes...

Die Idee kam mir als ich ohne große Umwege meinen aktuellen Gewinn sehen wollte wenn ich zu jenem Zeitpunkt einen Alt-Coin gegen Bitcoin tausche und Bitcoin dann gegen Euro. Ein Versuch das Ganze in Excel umzusetzen scheiterte aufgrund der fehlenden Möglichkeiten von Open Office.

So entstand eine kleine C# Anwendung für den Computer(max. 2 Stunden arbeit):

Die App holt die aktuellen Preise aus dem Internet und rechnet alles aus. Momentan, wie vielleicht zu erkennen, nur PIVX.

I think too that ViaBTC can not help because one of there conditions is a minimum fee(0.001btc) and i dont fulfill this.

rectified situation: Sure, i have learned a lot the last days. I will stop using blockchain.info(bitcoin core is syncing) and i know now what exactly the transaction fee is. In futur i will always check the current fees and add them to my transactions.
tip: No, BUT i promise i send 1$ as soon as my wallet is "unfrozen". After my faulty transaction i needed help with here i have done four new transactions with correct fees added to them. But they are all only shown in my wallet and nowhere else. They are now >12 hours old and unconfirmed too.  I think they can not be confirmed until my first faulty trans. is confirmed. So if i spend now you will not be able to see this and it will not going to be confirmed

three days ago i was new to BTC and i have done a zero-fee transaction:

All guides i found to fix this failed because i have not a minimum fee and i dont have the private key of the receivers wallet. And blockchain transactions are not suitable for rbf.
What can i do?

My problem is that i have done some new transactions with the same wallet and they all stay unconfirmed(yes, they have a fee, according to bitcoinfees.21.co). I think they can not be confimed until my first transaction without a fee is confirmed. True?
