Je ne sais pas si je suis sur le bon thread, mais du coup comment se passe la vente de BTC ?
Admettons que tu aies 1 BTC, tu le vends, c'est ok de transférer cet argent directement sur ton compte ?
Quelle est la meilleure façon de le vendre, pour minimiser les taxes que se prend le site de revente ?

Tu t'es mal exprimé je pense.
Ou alors tu fais une confusion entre taxe et frais. (une taxe est un impot). Pour ce qui est des frais, ils ont tous, plus ou moins, les même frais. Payer 15€ pour une vente de 10 000€ c'est pas la mer à boire. A la rigueur, la différence se fait sur les frais pour un SEPA sortant. Coinbase ou Kraken par exemple prennent ~10 centimes. Who gives a fuck à 10 centimes.
Faut pas trop être regardant sur les frais, mais plutot sur le service rendu (confiance, fiabilité, service clients, etc...) Et comme partout, la qualité a un prix
Ah oui effectivement je voulais dire frais.
Ok, parce que sur Revolut (banque en ligne), ils prennent environ 300€ pour 10000€. ça paraît énorme comparé aux frais des plateformes comme Coinbase etc..

Petite update : mon wallet bitoin core s'est enfin synchronisé (amen) au bout de presque 3 semaines..
Maintenant reste plus qu'a transférer sur Electrum et je serai enfin tranquille !

I'd like to send some btc, but it's saying that it can't estimate the fees at the moment, and that i have to activate the fallbackfee, or that i wait fews blocks..
Also, do you know what 60' for a transaction represent as a fee ?

On monte un projet de cantine mobile, orienté cuisine latine (ceviche, patacons etc) et on voudrait faire un logo.
L'idée serait d'écrire : "La Cantine Mobile", sur un fond rond ou carré, dans les tons jaunes.
Si jamais une illumination vous vient à l'esprit..

That's pretty bad if you get an incorrect password while dumping keys.
To be able to dump private keys you must put the exact password that you use before.
If you can't remember the exact password then you can recover the password by using BTCrecovery tool.

Or try to crack the password by using the John The Ripper.

Or use a recovery service like https://walletrecoveryservices.com/
I don't know if they are safe but most of the trusted users here on the forum telling that walletrecoveryservices.com is legit.

Though at some point, Core goes in "reindexing blocks on disk" and the loading line (in blue) goes empty (maybe because I deleted some blocks folder in the application support?)
I'd like to do a dumpprivkey but then they asked for the passphrase, and when I enter it i have : "Error: Error parsing JSON:in"
I've managed to enable the pruning mode.

I've specified it in my post actually. Go to Settings>Options at the top and you should see the options to change the config. You can access bitcoin.conf through there too and know which configs are active.Basically I'd just need to transfer the bitcoin folder which is currently in Application support to an external harddrive ? Then I can delete the one in my desktop without any risk ?
Always backup your wallet.dat first. After moving your data directory, you have to modify the config file to specify the new path of the data directory to follow. Or else, the client will simply make a new data directory in the original place and start synchronizing again.Thank you, got it !! there is actually nothing written in bitcoin.conf >.<

Whe i try to enter prune=4000 in core i have this message : Method not found (code -32601)
I've checked the debug.log, nothing about prune enabled.
In the db.log i have this though :
"wallet.dat: unable to flush: No such file or directory
txn_checkpoint: failed to flush the buffer cache: No such file or directory
wallet.dat: No such file or directory"

No, you'll likely corrupt the data directory and you'll have to synchronize again.> How can i correctly activate the pruning mode ?

You can point the data directory at an external harddrive by moving and pointing the data directory at the external drive. Use the config file for that.could you detail how to activate the prune mode please ?

I have trouble with Bitcoin core (v.0.20.10), as i wanted to synchronise to get bitcoins i received long time ago.
- I started a first synchronisation, but when arrived to 30%, i had no space on my laptop (I have a SSD of 250Go), and I tried to activated the pruning mode, by creating in the Data folder a textedit ''bitcoin.conf" with "prune=550" written in it.
I relaunched Bitcoin core and the synch was all gone, starting back from scratch. Moreover, I don't think the pruning mode is activated as it's still taking a lot of space on the desktop.

Ca nous aiderait pas mal de savoir quel est le message.
Tu es sur windows ? Si oui tu fais windows + R et tu tapes %appdata%
Sinon pour Linux et Mac c'est ~/.bitcoin/ et ~/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/ respectivement.

Je suis sur mac.. Par contre je viens de perdre toute la synchro : j'ai créer dans le fichier /Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/ un doc "bitcoin.conf" avec écrit prune=550. Je pense que c'est ça qui a réinitialiser toute la syncho..

Tu utilises quelle version de Bitcoin Core ?
As tu essayé avec la dernière, la 0.20.0 ? https://bitcoin.org/en/download
Si ton wallet.dat est corrompu, il est peut-être toujours possible d'en extraire les clés privées.
Ce genre d'outil peut être utilisé pour procéder à l'extraction : https://github.com/jackjack-jj/pywallet
Bon, par contre ça nécessite un peu de connaissance en info..
mmh effectivement ça demande quelques prérequis.. ça me parait bizarre que le fichier soit corrompu.
Je commence à saturer au niveau de l'espace dispo sur mon DD, j'ai vu qu'on pouvait activer le mode 'prune' avec bitcoin core..
vous en pensez quoi ?

Haha non mais je les avais acheté sur une plateforme (tout ce qu'il y a de plus normal) et je les avais transferé sur BTC Core car je ne connaissais pas encore Electrum à l'époque. Et depuis ils "végètent" là dedans.

Je fais un dumpprivkey.. Je n'ai pas trop à quoi sert le dumpwallet. C'est un fichier de sauvegarde au même titre que wallet.dat ?
